Review: The Charasmatic theology is new. Why are people trying so hard to make it older than it is? While I acknowledge the "gifts" and the "revival" of the Holy Spirit in the believer, I don't think you can support a second blessing or charasmata (as it is today) scripturally! A good book to read on this is Lloyd Jones "The Soverign Spirit and His Gifts" or "The Holy Spirit" by John Owen. Regardless of what else you read; God asks no one to walk with blind faith. Reason and conscience are the ships that faith often sails in. Wanting more can be human, but knowing more is divine. God help us with our emotions.
