Summary: The Dangers of Reading Into The Text
Review: E.W. Kenyon is a mystery. Many charismatics hold him to be a theological genius, his writings almost equal to Paul's, and he ranks up there with Word-Faith teachers such as Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, and Fredrick Price.

On the other hand, many evangelicals (and Pentecostals as well) hold Kenyon to be heretical in his teachings and views. I believe you should first read the man's works before making a final judgement.

Having said this, this book exposes the true errors of speculation apart from Scripture. What happened between the cross and the throne is not relevant! Jesus' death and His blood being poured our for our forgiveness and then rising on the third day is (Matthew 1:21; 26:28; John 19:30; Acts 2:22-24; 17:30-31; Romans 4:24-5:11; 10:9-10; Eph. 1:7; Titus 2:11-15; 3:5-7; Hebrews 9:14, 27-28; Revelation 1:5-6). To create stories and so called revelations about Jesus entering hell and taking the keys from the devil's hands only leads to more and more chaotic teachings.

Friends, stay true to Scripture (1 Timothy 4:16; Titus 2:1). Avoid speculations (2 Peter 1:16-21). Stay grounded in God's eternal word and you will never fail (2 Peter 3:17-18). Don't allow deception to rob you of the blessings of eternal life (1 Thessalonians 3:5; Hebrews 3:6-19; 4:1-16).

I recommend THE WORD-FAITH CONTROVERSY by Robert Bowman and A DIFFERENT GOSPEL by Dan McConnell.

Summary: Unveil the Cross so that we can see Jesus...
Review: Kenyon had a relationship with God that transcends time. He was an author in tune with the Spirit of God. He doesn't give the reader alot of fluff or opinion but instead he backs up every statement with the Word of God. This book is deep and yet very understandable, it is modern and yet a classic. This book will unveil to you the cross in all its glory and open the veil of the Holiest of Holies unto you. Read it slowly... because this book unveils great understanding of who Jesus is and what he still doing for the believer. He is our Great High Priest!

Summary: Needed Knowledge
Review: The facts and studies from this book have turned my life around!
And this happened before the critics came forth. They just don't have their eyes opened to the truth, just gossip. This book is Bible based and will explain a lot of things you have wondered about or that you wondered where the reality is. Try it, you'll like it!

Summary: Know what happened behind the scenes...
Review: What most Christians do not know is that if you depend upon the Gospels to give a complete treatise on what happened when Christ died, you will miss out on what happened behind the scenes, so to speak. Because the Pauline revelation was just that: a revelation of what Christ did for us and what He accomplished at the Cross, in the tomb and in His resurrection.

It is only through a knowledge of what happened From the Cross to the Throne that the true majesty and glory of Christ can be seen and His substitutional work appreciated.

Since this type of teaching is lost on many areas of the institutional Church, it is no wonder that many have assailed the truths contained in this book. People simply do not know what Christ did in total, and to hear something that has been missing from their brand of christianity for so long sounds to them like another "revelation".

In reality, it is Paul's revelation and it is scriptural and the Church needs to be taught in this area for when we know what Christ accomplished, we know what we are capable of doing through HIM.

Highly recommended...
