Summary: A wonderful, practical tool
Review: This book was recommended to me by a counselling psychologist as part of my discernment process for the Episcopal priesthood. (Edwards is himself an Episcopal priest.) I found it very helpful not just in my own discernment, but in helping others discover their own spiritual and other gifts, at many levels. It has earned a permanent place in my bookshelf, and fear of losing it in a loan has caused me to buy "give-away" copies. These are pretty affordable; list price was only $10.95, and I've found sources here where one can get the book in excellent shape very cheaply.
