Review: For anyone who is interested in what it means to work with their dreams, for anyone who would like to know WHY it is useful to do this, Taylor's book is an excellent place to begin. He takes you through all the basic questions, including hints to improve dream recall (for those of us who insist we can't remember what we've dreamed in the night), all the way through various aspects of what various elements in our dreams are likely to mean. He also looks at how the knowledge gained through dream analysis may be applied our waking lives.
