Summary: Fabulous Book
Review: So many people want change in their lives, but are not quite sure how to get from Point A to Point B (forget eventually getting to Point Z!) You make huge plans and attempt to change, only to fail after the first few weeks (in any area of your life). Trent shows WHY that happens and then lays a Biblical plan as to how to avoid it from happening. I have read many books and by far this is one of my favorites on the topic. Practical ideas that you can use, Scripture to support it...it is a must read.
