Authors provide many practical ideas and exercises, stories and tests to answer these questions. Good book for parents, youth pastors, cancellors seeking to give some guidence to teenagers. Wish I could read it when I was 15. It would have save me lots of trouble and wasted years. It's based on LifeKeys guides to self discovery (combines personality preferences, spiritual gifts, special abilities, etc).
