Summary: A Comprehensive Leadership resource
Review: I am a new leader in a training program and I have found this to be an amazing resource. It is comprehensive in that it covers a variety of attributes necessary for making me into a successful servant leader. The wisdom found in the Bible is mind blowing, but practical and this book takes you through a step by step process on each attribute. It has helped me to fill holes in my leadership role that I didn't know were necessary even. I recommend this to anyone who wants to become a fully rounded successful servant leader.

Review: I found it very difficult to follow. To many little sections which made it difficult. If you could figure out how to follow its flow then maybe you could enjoy the information obtain in the book.

Summary: I purchased this Bible for wisdom...
Review: I was quite skeptical when I first saw this book here at Amazon.com. The reason being is that most of the "self-help" versions of the bible seem to be less than half of what they should or make themselves out to be. The title is great, the idea is practical, but when you actually get into its pages, they seem to be watered down and lacking. This leadership version of the NIV exceeded every expectation I had. I was very hesistant to buy it for the same reasons as above, but I couldn't deny the leadership calling on my life nor the opportunity God was giving me to equip myself with this tool. If you're in middle school, or high school and sense a calling on your life to lead a group of people, or if you just want to influence a small group of your buddies, or if you're a world renowned evagelist will thousands that look to you for wisdom and guidance, this book will stretch you and fill you with the characteristics of what God would have a leader to be. No nonsense, no hype, no hard-to-read scholar english, just good 'ol in-your-face, to the point and accurate strategies and verses that will encourage you to step up into the role God has called you to. The most resourceful bible I've ever read.

Review: This is a great Bible for anyone who wants to know about the biblical perspective on leadership and things surronding leadership. The concordances and study note are very benificial for the reader. This is a great way to really study God's word as it pertains to Leadership.

Summary: Exceptional Christian Leadership with daily studies.
Review: This is a GREAT Bible for Leaders at any level and would also be excellent for students that plan to pursue leadership positions. The daily readings/studies provide practical leadership insights and references to Bible passages that support the insights. They also provide unique views of the leadership abilities of many of the characters in the Bible. I found it to be very readable, providing new perspectives on leadership and Biblical basics. If you had any doubt that the Bible is the Greatest Book ever written, buy this version. It clearly shows the wisdom of the authors of both the Old and New Testaments. Their principles are as applicable today as they were over 2,000 years ago.
