Summary: Captivating page-turner!
Review: After whizzing through this remarkable book, I hurriedly ordered the rest in the series. I'm on the 5th book in the series now, and continuing to enjoy the writing, characterization, and plot. As a religious Catholic, I could wish my Church were represented more favorably, but that's my only complaint. I heartily encourage anyone to read this book and the rest in the series.

Summary: Should have been left behind
Review: As a believer, I am embarrassed and concerned by this series. The heavy-handed preaching lacks charity, wisdom and literary craftsmanship.

Summary: Gripping Story -- Can't Put It Down!
Review: This series will reach out and grab you! You won't be able to put the books down until you've read them all...and then you'll have to wait until May for the next one! Excellent, exciting characters. Good plot that develops well. Action, adventure, romance, good vs. evil...what more could you ask for?

These books are easy and quick to read; but they'll make you sit back and evaluate your life, too. Do you want to be Left Behind?

Summary: Incredible! Insprational! A work of art!
Review: The Left Behind Series is so wonderful! Each book gets better as it comes! I can't wait for the next 6 books to come out(plus a movie)! Just the people in the books are fiction, but all that takes place will soon come to pass. It is all in a matter of time.

Summary: Spellbound fiction
Review: I LOVED this book. It all starts off with a normal, everyday person at work. He is a pilot and he has to deal with the emotion, and stress when people just disappear from his airplane (and from around the world.) It has several real life charaters that has to deal with this end-of-the-earth days. Many of which don't seem to understand what has happened. It is a gripper with a slightly slow period in the first 1/4 of the book. However it makes up for it in the twist and turns that you don't see coming. It includes the basics of the last chapter in the Bible. It is wonderful to have some fiction that is based on the bible. It is not a replacement for the Bible. And it should not give anyone the ideal that this is what the bible says exactly. But it is great for a fun loving drama fiction that keeps you on your seat. I think even a non-believer would love this book.

Summary: Left Behind
Review: The series of books beginning with Left Behind are awesome. After finishing the first book, I had to keep reading the others. They really put me in touch with myself spiritually and also inspired me to share my beliefs with others, which is something that I never did in the past. I make the suggestion to read these books to everyone I know. In fact, I offer my own.

Summary: Good story, excellent characters, keeps you interested
Review: Good fictional writing, very easy to read. Characters are wonderful and most honerable. It is the desire to find out what happens to them next and how they handle their lifes' challenges that keeps my interest going.

Summary: Mixed Feelings
Review: I found this to be a novel, entertaining series that certainly captures the imagination and attention of the reader. However, I feel compelled to remind people that it is not just a "fun fictional read," but is actually a deliberate and well-constructed propagandistic work carefully designed to educate and indoctrinate readers into the belief that evangelical Christianity is the one true path to salvation. Whether you're inclined towards the literalistic evangelical belief system or not, readers should be aware of this fact, and should recognize that they are only hearing one point of view that would be disputed by many other highly knowledgeable and analytical religious scholars.

Summary: It grabs you and holds your attention
Review: The first few pages reach out and grab you, as people just disappear, leaving behind their clothes, glasses, jewelry, even the fillings from their teeth; leaving behind confused and frightened loved ones. The pace of events continues not only thru this book, but the entire series (well, I'm up to #3 in the series, and logged on today to order all the rest).

I've bought four copies of this for family and friends. SPREAD THE WORD!

Summary: Excelente Lectura ( Excellent Read)
Review: You feel part of the book, the terror, the loneliness, but you feel good when you remember, it's time to don't be Left Behind.
