Summary: you get the point
Review: OK. So maybe it does say that the "husband" is head of the "wife", but I still think the same principle applies to the main characters in this book, especially after they are going out.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: get the translation right
Review: That last reviewer is looking at a bad translation. The *husband* is the head of the *wife*, not man is head of women.

Summary: Another interesting book by Lori Wick!
Review: This book follows the lives of Slater Rawlings and Liberty Drake. It is set in Shotgun, Texas in the 1800's. It has an interesting twist with Liberty being a deputy. It follows the struggles of Slater and Liberty along with their families. It will be another wonderful series by my favorite author.

Summary: I love it!
Review: This book is wonderful I'm a teenager and I have recommended this book to all of my freinds. All of the ones who have read it thought it was wonderful. Mrs. Wick really brought the characters to life. Liberty and Slater really took time in their relationship and that is very improtant. When I read this book I did not get the impressions that is was sexist. I think that Slater was just trying to protect the woman he loved. This book is great. I would reccomend it to everyone no matter what age.

Summary: Makes you look at yourself...
Review: This book made me look at my own life and how I hold on to things and not let go because I'm afraid. It was not just a love story, but a story of self discovery in God.

Summary: Great!
Review: This book was a great book by Lori Wick. It had humor, romance, and adventure all rolled into one. Not to mention it's a christian book, so it talks about God! If you like christian fiction, this is a great book for you to read!

Summary: A Satisfying Read!
Review: This book was my favorite out of the Yellow Rose trilogy. I absolutely fell in love with Slater. I loved how fiercely protective he was over Liberty. I read this book in a day. It flowed so well.

Summary: Every Little
Review: This book was really good, and kept my attention throughout. I started reading it one night around 1 am and didn't put it down until 4 or 5! I was also surprised in a number of pages, so it was not predictable!

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Boring
Review: This book was way beneath what Ms. Wick is capable of writing. NO plot, definitely not a page turner. Perhaps the 13 to 15 year old would find it somewhat interesting. A real disappointment as the majority of Wick's books have a much better story line.
