Summary: On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this book a 100!
Review: This is THE BEST book on the subject of waiting vs. dating that I have ever read! And I'm not saying that lightly! I have read many books on dating and courtship, but this is by far the best of them all! IKDG should be required reading for everyone: teens, single adults, parents, grandparents, pastors, everyone!Josh encourages principled romance, and advises young people to get off the road that's leading them to destruction. He pleads with teens to guard their hearts, and think not of looks, but what will matter at fifty! :) He says, "The right thing at the wrong time is the wrong thing!" (Take a minute to digest that one!) He attests that we can be "just friends in a just-do-it world", and gives keys for keeping your relationships with the opposite sex out of the "romantic zone". He teaches smart love, "beyond what feels good and back to what is good!" Amen anybody? AMEN! I encourage you, if you will never read another book on dating, courtship, purity or love, read this one!! But one warning: it will change the way you think of love and romance, FOREVER! Review: Wow! this book was recomened to me by my best friend, i loved it a 10 is just not a great enought marking for this novel. I have always had questions on dating and the biblical perspective of it, this book answerd all of my questions. I myslef totally agree with the author convictions in the field of dating, this book allows you to anaylse what we should do in those situations. This book also gave ma a greater apeciation for the opposite sex, in this biblical view. I toally recemend this book, to who ever is questioning what they believe in this area, has questions, or just wants a great read!

Summary: This is a book that changed my way of thinking and my life.
Review: this book helped me to realize that there is no hurry in finding a husband because God has it planned for me and it is completely under his control. This book has help me to look at guys and myself differently and has given me patience to wait for God to let me know when i am ready. My college roommates and i read it together and talked about it. We all LOVED it! I would recommend it to anyone but especially those who want direction and a reassurance about ther future.

Review: In this great book, Joshua Harris, challenges young people to scrap their ideas about relationships with people of the opposite sex, and establish new ideas which are founded on Biblical principles. He says that Christians try to have Godly relationships, within a worldly system. In this book, he lays out a plan to help people have Godly relationships, within a Godly system. It's a must read.

Review: This book would have totally revolutionised my entire attitude to dating... had I not already met the woman of my dreams! I am giving this book to all single Christian teenage relatives I have. Had I read this 10 years ago, I think I would have spared myself (and countless women ;-) ) much agony of soul!

Summary: Wow! what a clear message!
Review: Josh Harris does an excellent job in his book, by giving personal examples about committing one's love-life to Christ. I have been able to lend it to two of the youth at my church. Since the majority of the audience hearing this 'love' message reads it by an author who is in that age category himself, it makes it even that much more practical, and easy to relate to.
Waiting on God to arrange the details of a mate, if that's His will, is clearly the direction this book takes. God is given the glory in this book; that's for sure!
