Summary: Very entertaining I enjoyed it!
Review: This book was very exciting to read. It reads very quickly and keeps the reader involved. I couldn't stop turning the pages because I wanted to know what happened next. It is a great story and I would highly recommend it to anybody who enjoys suspense.
The reason I am only giving it three stars is because it is very poorly written. It flowed well, but it was not nearly as good as it could be. If the story was told by a more skilled author, it could have been a much better book. When writing dialogue, The author often uses the word "said" (he said, said Elija); instead he could describe it so that the words painted a clearer picture (he muttered sarcasticly, Elijah replied calmly but his composure poorly masked his disgust). But even with its faults, I can't deny, though, that I really enjoyed reading this book.

Summary: Bought it for my kids, but I ended up reading it first!!
Review: This was a great read--creepy-supernatural events, high school bullies and a plot that moves effortlessly along! I enjoyed this far more than any of Peretti's other books (except The Oath). The suspense kept building, and a genuinely creepy finale'. The high school 'pecking order' brought back unpleasant memories. A very relevant post-Columbine message is woven into the exciting plot.
I hear a movie is being made. I hope they do the book justice. In fact, it might be a little too creepy as a movie.
The first book in a new series, I say, more power to ya Mr. Peretti, and please hurry with the next book!

Summary: The Veritas Projects: Hagman's Curse
Review: This was an excellent and well written book. I usally read Frank Peretti's books. Right now I'm reading the book that he made called THE WOUNDED SPIRIT. I loved The Veritas Project. It as about a school that had some troubles. Not the usaul bullying. It's death. The Family that are in The Veritas project come to investigate. But is this done by the Ocult in the school that uses the famouse Schoo'l's ghost? Or is it something else that is deadly? A awseome book! I hope a sequal comes out!

Summary: Just Plain Awesome
Review: His book is totally rocking! Here's the plot- Two teenagers and their parents investigate strange occurences. One of their cases involves a school where one of the hallways is supposed to be haunted. Why would an investigative team be at a school that is supposibly haunted? Because it may not just be a rumor... Kids are going crazy. They claim to see the ghost while uttering phrases that don't make any sense. The longer they have been crazy, the worst condition they become. This is truely a thrilling book. It scared me out of my wits and you'll never guess the ending unless you read the book. It's great!

Summary: A Great Book
Review: This is one of the best books I've read , great suspence thriller I could hardly put it down. It realy tells how much hatred there is behind the teasing, bullying, and condemning in the school system. A great book I highly recomend to read it .

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I have to agree, it is a great book
Review: I personally couldn't put this book down. Whereas I am not actively Christian, I found that the author did a good job of putting his views into the book while still not seeming to force them on others. The plot was incredible, even I, a mystery fan, didn't figure out the unexpected twist until the very end of the book. I would recommend this book to even my least religious of friends. A thrilling plot combined with a believeable setting and characters you truely have sympathy for make this a book I would recommend to anyone who is willing to listen.

Summary: It's a good read.
Review: I previewed this book for my kids since they have really enjoyed the Cooper Kids books.
I thought it was suspenseful and interesting. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I thought it might be a little intense for the target audience. That being said...I thought that the point being made about bullying and treating people as precious outweighs the intensity of parts of the book.
