Rating: Summary: AWESOME DETAIL Review: A 'conspiracy' book for non-conspiracists. Fascinating detail on Heraldry. Makes a lot of sense. Will this really end up more than symbolism? You can see how people of 'royal' breeding with all that tradition and precedent to live up to, could sign on to an agenda that most people in the world would find objectionable. This is key. As many of those on the inside serve the agenda by simply not making waves, of just passively going along to get along with their own kind. Easier to rationalize your involvement when you simply allow others to lead and don't intrude. Now we can see some of the mental profiles of those in positions of power and influence and why they can stand by and allow tragedy to follow and do nothing. Just like Nazi Germany.
Rating: Summary: A powerful, must-read book! Review: Astounding and convincing! I couldn't put the book down. Cohen brought together a spectacular array of facts that not only identifies the probable AntiChrist but lays out in elaborate detail that person's credentials and the grooming that took place to shape that person into that role. I wouldn't have thought of that person had it not been for Cohen. Thank you, Tim, for your excellent work.
Rating: Summary: Watch and pray! Review: Bible says to watch and pray. I think this book is a must read for anyone who believes that we are living close to the time of the Great Tribulation. To me the evidence is everywhere...It's not conspiracy theories, but historical facts that set this book apart. I find myself recomending it to everyone I know. Having read it, I find my self able to better understand what is the cause and political objective of our current world leadership and who is the best equipped to be the "leader" of the "leaders".
Rating: Summary: Must reading - factual - based on 10 years of research! Review: Excellent historical research! Intelligent research well presented (all references included) Must reading for the student of Bible prophecy and contemporary history!
Rating: Summary: Awesome book Review: Great book. The author has done a lot of research. A must read.
Rating: Summary: Truth and Lies Review: I could not help but notice the recent one-star reviews on this book. They are so obviously intended to blackball the work that those who gave them should cower in shame; they have no integrity. In fact, anyone who HAS read Tim Cohen's "The AntiChrist and a Cup of Tea" will immediately recognize that those who proffered the one-star reviews did NOT; their assertions concerning the book are false and completely misleading. (On the other hand, it may be that these "readers" are simply incapable of comprehending what they read.) That these are phony one-star readers also becomes evident from the fact that others who have responded have ALL given the book five and, in fewer instances, four stars. As several have pointed out, the book is incredibly well researched, and its sources are all documented; any diligent reader can verify the information given. I believe that Cohen's conclusions are warranted considering the evidence offered; the book is not at all sensationalistic. What's more, Cohen does NOT actually state that Prince Charles is the AntiChrist in the work. (One would search in vain to find any such statement.) Instead, he presents an incredibly strong case based upon documented facts, and then allows the READER to draw his or her own conclusions. Take some good advice: read this book, and don't listen to dishonest individuals who make a pretense of being readers.
Rating: Summary: Very well researched! Review: I feel Tim Cohen's ideas are very well researched and very much probable. I have also read some of the other reviews and noticed how some absolutely loved this book and how a few totally disregarded this book. This is an indepth book, heavy reading, but well worth the time! I can't wait for Mr. Cohen's other book Messiah, History, and the Tribulation Period is available!
Rating: Summary: Interesting take on the Anti-Christ Review: I have emailed Tim Cohen. His theology apparently does not effect what he writes in this book. There are many things of interest in this book. Learning to read a coat of arms is very thought provoking. Learning about the Duke of York's coat of arms is even more interesting. He takes a whole chapter on British Israelism, indicating that the Prince knows this idea and embraces it. He also reviews that the Prince is now the defender of faith, not the defender of the faith. However fancy this book may turn out to be, it is an interesting read on royalty and on the Prince in general.
Rating: Summary: Very well researched! Review: I read Mr. Cohen's book and I must say that it is well researched. He tries really hard to prove his case but there were a lot of things in the book that, at some points, I found far-fetched. For example, he refers to Odin the Norse God as Satan. My question was, now how could he possibly know that? I also noticed that many of his references are conspiracy theorists themselves (I.E. John Coleman and Gary Kah)these authors and their books you can see right here on Amazon. I noticed that they have written similar books in regards to the Committee of 300, New World Order, and the Illuminati. The heraldry aspect really facinated me. I must admit I did learn a lot about heraldry from it but Cohen's details failed to convince me. Take for example, the front picture of this book and note the the Dexter supporter (the lion) and then read Rev. 13:1-2 in the KJ Holy Bible. I will note Rev. 13:2 here, "And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority". First, I thought that being born a Prince gave him automatic royal authority and then the picture of the lion, well it looks like a skinny lion to me. If it did have a body of a leopard where are the spots? You can judge for yourself but I had a hard time buying it. Next, I noted the Sinister supporter (the unicorn) and then I read Daniel 8:5-8 as Mr. Cohen suggested. First, why is it found in Daniel and not in Revelations? In Daniel 8:5 it says "And as I was considering, behold, an he goat came from the west on the face of the whole earth, and touched not the ground: and the goat had a notable horn between his eyes." If you reference the picture why doesn't that passage say unicorn and why couldn't it be a dog, a person...etc.? The book overall was difficult to follow along with. The reader had to constantly reference the footnotes located on almost every page. In some parts the reading was dry and long. Mr. Cohen does not state in the book at all that Prince Charles is the Antichrist at all and lets the reader draw their own conclusions. I for one, just found it hard to accept and believe based on the many questions I raised and on the evidence that Cohen presented. Hope this reveiw helps!
