This book changed my life. I been recomending it to all my friends. It is so good.
It made me realize, the Bible is the perfect pisocology. This book helped me undertand the book of Romans and finally understood what walking by the flesh and walking by the Spirit means.
Thank you so much Mr. Bill Gillham, I can see you were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write this book.

Summary: Not 1 star... a ZERO! Poor Writing and Bad Ideas
Review: I cannot believe this man is selling books. His form of writing is aweful. Also, he refers to preschool children as "the most selfish creatures God created." Our sweet children are refered to as "creatures." Also, they are not selfish. At this stage in their lives they do not psychologically realise others also have feelings and needs. Lastly, to tell the readers that someone who wants to kill themselves should not seek help is terrible. This man needs to stop polluting the book shelves with his books.

Summary: Trying to help but missing the mark.
Review: I do not find the beginning of this book scripturally accurate. The author says and I quote 'flesh refers to the old ways or patterns by which you have attempted to get all your needs supplied instead of seeking Christ first and trusting Him to meet your needs'.The word 'flesh' in Greek means just that, flesh as in 'flesh and bones'. The new person in Christ has 'old habits' and 'patterns of behaviour and thinking' which need to be crucified. This is a process. Though they have come to Christ, a person can still struggle with sin 'in their soul life' (human or earthly self, flesh, body) their spirit on the otherhand is brand new. Only the 'spirit' is immediately regenerated, the soul is not, the soul must be purified, saved;("...to the saving of the soul") which comes with time. The reason many of us struggle is because our soul is not yet purified. This book and others like it, though I give them points for trying to help others, merely end up redirecting the soul to other things rather than the necessity of transformation. That was God's purpose for giving us 'a spirit' in the first place, so that it (our circumcised spirit) could then influence and purify our souls, making them fit for heaven. The reason many souls are not being purified, and the honest ones will despair, is because they are being instructed by the wrong 'Word', and so they cannot have victory.

Summary: This Book Changed my life
Review: I had no idea who God was, and what I meant to Him, until I read this book. To know that I am truly loved by God without condition, without condemnation, changed me entirely. I finally GOT what it meant to be "saved". I realize that not everyone will accept this book and will take it out of context, but if you prayerfully seek God's voice you will hear it in the pages of this book. Thank you, Mr. Gillham.

Summary: For the brave, courageous, and honest Christian
Review: I think that this book should be required reading for all Christians, but with that said, I also think this book will only be insightful for those who are willing to be honest about their own weaknesses. Bill Gillham clearly explains what the problems are, what the answer is, and most importantly, how to put all of these things into practice; how to apply it. Anyone who is on the verge of losing all hope should look at this book...it is the light at the end of the tunnel. It will change you, your marriage, your life if you are at the point where you can let go and allow Christ to work through you. Great, great, great, great book!

Summary: Required reading!
Review: Other than the Bible itself, there have been two books that have helped me plow through the layers of flesh I have spent a lifetime building up that has kept me from seeing the truth of my identity in Christ. One is Neal Anderson's "Victory Over the Darkness" and the other is "Lifetime Guarantee" by Bill Gillham. Bill's common sense approach and humorous style make this an easy and eye-opening read. Don't confuse this with a "self-help" book or a "do-it-yourself" psychology course. The book is simply a sequence of truths from God's Word that has helped Bill in his life and he is simply passing it along. If you want to understand who you are in Christ and learn to live "in" Christ rather than "for" Christ this is the book!

Review: The principles taught in this book can change your life, even if you have been a believer for years! Do you feel like you're always trying to be a better Christian and yet you keep failing? Are you striving to be holy without success? Do you see others who have that sweetness of Jesus and you want it for your life, but can't seem to figure out how to get it--even though you are truly saved? The author also does a wonderful job of helping us to understand the kind of relationship we have to Christ. Lifetime Guarantee makes tremendous sense to someone who has spent a lot of time using at the self help programs in the secular world and yet was wondering what's missing. This book can truly help the Christian get their life on track. After years of motivational seminars, and many self-help books I found in this book a connection to the biblical truths I believed and the psychosybernetic teachings I had seen. I knew from leading both large and small sales organizations that the philosophies of many of the top motivators worked. However, they always, at some point, contradicted a scriptural principle for Christian living. Now, I understand why.

Review: This is something that you had better be ready for or you'll never "see" it. Here's the news flash: "You are forgiven!" Bill Gillham presents this material in a great fashion. He explains himself very throughly and in a methodical fashion. The truths presented here in this book along with God's Word can and will change your life if you let it. I recommend this book as highly as I possibly can.
