Review: Way to go Max Lucado! I used this book for my Sunday School class. The class has grown from about 10 to nearly 40 people. The main growth took place during the use of this book. Every page gives you a challenge of striving to live your life as Jesus did; forgiving, compassionate, giving, caring, and loving those around you. The book was a real eye-opener to all of us in the study. I now scan AMAZON and the bookshelves for Max's books. It was the first time that I had ever read one of his books from cover to cover. God is using Max! (Max, if you're reading this...Always keep your heart sensitive to the inspiration of God and keep passing it on!) If you're a Sunday School teacher or Small Group/Cell Group Leader...THIS IS THE BOOK YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!

If the principles outlined in this book are followed, your life will be significantly changed for the better. Review: I was absolutely amazed at the simple way that Max Lucado presented Jesus. It really helped me to understand the awesome power and love that God has for humans and it has truly inspired me to become "Just Like Jesus". I'd recommend this book to anyone who is searching for something that is easy to understand and teaches you a great deal about God and his only Son, Jesus. Max Lucado has the gift of writing as if he were talking to you one-to-one and you can really "listen" and absorb what he is saying to you.

Review: This is my first time reading a Max Lucado book and it was a blessing. I read this book right before the New Year came in and my challenge for 1999 is to live Just like Jesus in everyway possible. Lucado writes in a unique style that every word and point he makes is like watching a movie but you realize that your reading a book. It's just that good.
