Rating: Summary: What I always wished to know about my wife! Review: A MUST READ for any HONEST man who wants to support his wife in raising children and maintaining a wholesome family. If you are a male specie who wants to vegg out on a recliner while waiting for a wife to cook you dinner, then don't waist your time reading this book. You will hate it. Because it is simply against your little miserable existence of avoiding responsibilities. No wonder why there are so many feminazies out there! They are sick and tired of men escaping responsible decisions... I wish those women would hear Dr. Dobson. Let the truth be known. That egocentric bozo they experienced as their husband (or father) is absolutely NOT what God intended a true husband (or father) to be. I was second-guessing my wife who decided to give up her very successful career to stay home with our kids. After all, the peer pressure is insurmountable! Having read this book, I am inspired as never before to SUPPORT AND CARE FOR my courageous wife. I have recommended this book to all my male friends who have faced similar dilemmas.
Rating: Summary: An excellent Book Review: An excellent book for those preparing to marry or those who are already married. Dr. Dobson helps "clear the fuzz" for men who "just don't get women." He also includes a section on what husbands wish women knew about men. This book is good for use in continuing discussion between couples.
Rating: Summary: My husband bought this book for his fellow workers! Review: I bought this book for my husband shortly after it first was printed because I thought it would enrich our marriage of a few years. I took a "sneak peek" at the book and read it all in one night! I learned so much about myself as a woman and had some real laughs about how we really do think! My husband read it and commented that three books changed his life: The Bible, "How to Win Friends and Influence People", and this one. He bought a few paperbacks and took them to his young married friends at work. I have given this as bridal shower gifts because its value is lasting. Now I am ordering another one to replace my long lost book I loaned out. It is easy to read a book that it so true but amusing also.

Rating: Summary: Great Book for Men! Review: I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It provided a lot of useful information and helped improve my marriage of 22 years. I highly recommend this book to husbands of any age. If you're a young husband, this book can REALLY help you get off to a good start.
Rating: Summary: As a Dominant Woman, I recommend this book Review: I use this book to help submissive men understand the needs and wants of women. I think this book is a great resource in furthering male understanding. Though it is written from a Christian perspective, the information is highly valuable. Dr. Dobson understands that the role of women is to revel in their feminity and not try to be like men (in my opinion, that would be a step down for women). In a 24/7 Dominant/submissive relationship, where the woman is dominant and the man is submissive, this book is a great asset for men to understand the pressures of daily life, especially if the couple has chosen to have children. Another book of Dr. Dobson's, 'The Strong Willed Child' is also a great primer on using corporal punishment to correct your submissive (just insert man for child when reading). Dr. Dobson understands the role of punishment and correction and that loving punishment which is not done out of anger or irritation is a wonderful tool to develop relationships as well as exert one's female dominance.

Rating: Summary: Wonderful Book! Review: I wasn't going to buy this book until I read the review from the dominant woman. I wish I had read it a long time ago! My background: I am a Protestant, middle-class wife living in a mid-Atlantic state in the United States with two kids. I have an idiot for a husband that I'm finally getting to submit. I couldn't figure why he couldn't be more like my dad. My dad jumps at my mom's every whim and is more than willing to service her every need. The guy I got stuck with thought that just because he goes to work forty hours a week, puts time in with the kids, and tries to help a little around the house, that it's enough. For instance, we only have three or four church activities in any given week, and I had to yank him around just to do that. He even thought that I should be doing the dishes! Things are much better now that I've got him under submission. Heehee, this is great! I hardly have to lift my little finger and he's immediately ready to service me! Highly recommended!
