Rating: Summary: A signpost on the 'narrow road'... Review: For those who want a more intimate relationship with the Lord, for those who want a deeper, more meaningful walk in their faith, for those who need their hope in Christ rekindled afresh, this book is for you.Mr. Frangipane is one of the best (if not 'the' best) modern-day Christian writers that we have been blessed with. This book is likely his very best, and with good reason. It focuses on the dynamic, essential, basic relationship believers have with their God. The discourse on the holiness of God is astute - as is the message about the Truth. The church needs to learn anew what the holiness of God is, what His reverent holy presence means to us, and how we should rightly respond to said-same. This is one of those titles that every Christian should have on their bookshelves, especially those who desire a more dynamic and vital relationship with the Lord. Can't recommend this one highly enough.
Rating: Summary: Not for the pharasaic of heart. Review: Francis describes the wonder of God's holiness from His throne to our lives. This book goes beyond the do's and the don'ts of being holy as he is holy. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know what the biblical and historical writers meant about living a holy life before God. Holiness, Truth and the Presence of God are the deep desires of the Christian, this book describes these elements with clear biblical integrity.
Rating: Summary: Not For the Simply "Religous Person" Review: Francis Frangipane's work will only benefit those who are serious about "being serious about God." This book, like the teachings of Jesus, strikes hard at the self-righteousness, and Christian Pharasee-ism that is so very prevalent in Christendom today. For those who are simply looking to "make clean the outside of the cup," this book is not for you. But for those who are willing to "forsake all," and "take up your cross daily" to "follow Him," this book will bring you closer to God than you have ever been. A truly wonderful work, mightily influenced by the Holy Spirit!

Rating: Summary: A true classic work Review: Frangipane delivers the truth about what a holy lifestyle is all about. There is no one quote to sum up the book. Every paragraph holds convicting truth. This is a favorite book of mine I've read many times. If you want to have a picture of God's character and how to draw near to Him then this is the book for you.
Rating: Summary: One of my favorites! Review: I have received deeper revelation each time I have read this book. I recommend this book for those who want to know God more and go deeper in their relationship with Him. This book talks about the power of holiness and purity. These are persuasive characteristics that are prerequisites for a deeper relationship with God. In this book, Francis Frangipane reveals the blessing that living pure and holy before God brings into a person's life. The good news is that this is easy to do since God supplies this for us, we just need to seek Him first. The grace to live the life God wants for us is free. Each time I read this book I am impacted by the love of God for me. This book has encouraged me and challenged me in my relationship with Jesus, I'm sure it will do the same for you!
Rating: Summary: The God of Elijah manifested in man. Get ready!!! Review: I rate this book at the top along with all the others, because we as christians need every help we can get from our fellow saints. This book makes me feel wanting more of God. I feel as though my pass sinful life is a waste of time to think about when i ponder the awesome glory and power yet to come. I fell more one with God. Every christian should feel convicted by the words of this book (but not condemmed). In doing this we change the wicked strongholds of our minds and we let God,himsel, fthrough. Soon we will walk on water, cast out demonds, the lame walk, and even command a tree to wither and die. We will make druning people raise to the surface of the water, and much, much more... We will see angels on a scale we never saw before, and most importantly, the visible and audible glory of God- i mean it! So if you are looking for holiness, you are not too late. If you want to be in this Revalation power get this book. (Do you know how close we are to this prophecy- in Daniel 11:20 in the bible, is about Osama Bin Laden: Do you see it? look at it constantly andd closely).
Rating: Summary: 2nd to the Bible Review: I read this at least once a year, and when I open it, I am ashamed that I waited so long. The two other books I would recomend for the serious Christian Life, are: This Church is not Appearing Glorious & it doesn't seem to be Purpose Driven, by Meyers, and Why Reveval Tarries by Ravenhill. Read these books often, and you will change the world.
Rating: Summary: Probably my favorite Christian book Review: I've read probably 50+ Christian books and this is the best one. It's so profoundly insightful, and so deeply challenging. It's one of those books that if you get, you'll read it 10 times.
Rating: Summary: MIDWEST BOOK REVIEW Review: Let me begin this review with a quote from this outstanding book by author Francis Frangipane, "Those who would find God, find time" If you are a Christian who is truly seeking more of the indwelling of the one you serve this is the book for you. The author pulls no punches in this work as he shares with you the way to a deeper walk with God. He explains that in drawing closer to God, you will be exposing your own heart and the motives therein, something some of us may not be ready to see. He speaks of repentance, faking Christianity, overcoming idols and shaking free from the many things that have us in bondage. My favorite part of this great book was Chapter 15, "Holiness Is A Tree Ripe With Fruit." Here the author makes you face your very existence as a Christian by the words of the Bible, "The tree is known by its fruit." Talk about cutting to the quick. Just how much fruit are we bearing, or are we afraid to know? This is a book that will make you search your heart and study your walk with God. Just how much are you willing to put on the cross and how much of His likeness are you willing to become? This book will challenge every Christian who reads the words between its pages. This read was great! Highly Recommended!
