Summary: Why would we be here with no guidance or help?
Review: "Ask and you will receive..."(bible) Calling on angels, and asking for their help works. It has worked for me. If it is a situation that we have to go through, then angels and guides don't interfere.
Everyone came here with an agenda and may go through negative experiences- including children, and if our choice was to learn here through a negative experience, then there is no angelic interference, unless we ask. Most of the time you get help or can choose differently. My niece died at 3 months old. Did a mean old God take her? No. She agreed to come in for that period of time, and it changed my family for the better. It woke us up, and the bond of love and support between us has no comparison to before she was here.
Everyone is so bent out of shape about spirit guides. There are other types of spirits, such as ghosts, etc. but spirit guides are guides given to you to help you in this difficult place. This is like purgatory or hell here. Yes we are surrounded by negative spirits, but by simply asking for that which is for our highest good is all that is needed to contact spirit guides and not negative entities. Ask. We all need their help to get through this life.

Review: All of Andrew's How To books are great- this one looks at how to meet and work with spirit guides- he takes a very practical approach to the subject and gives several exercises to open up communication- I have tried these exercises and they are powerful and effective- I also enjoyed the simple and straightforward approach of the book to the subject

Summary: An excellent approach, with a word of caution...
Review: Andrews takes an excellent approach to explaining the Other Side, Spirit Guides, etc. He puts a realistic explanation to issues like the Etheric body and why things are the way they are. The only advice I would give is that if this the first book for someone getting into spirit contact, I would wait. Some of the discussions get a little too deep. I would not have understood a number of things in Andrews' book if I had not read other books before this one.

Review: God says you should not be contacting spirits, there is a reason, they are not spirits, these are only evil spirits impersonating angels, you think I'm kidding, keep fooling around with this garbage. You need supernatural powers, you need wisdom, go to God......wake up, He is the only one that can help you. If these spirits were so helpful and God wanted you to have contact with them, they would be easier to contact and God would make them readily available. Deuteronomy 18:10-13

Summary: great book if you believe that spirit guides exist!
Review: hard to rate - some is far out - but I found the section on animal guides to be just what I was looking for. Great visualization exercise. A lot of information for a very little money - a book worth getting

Review: HI! You'll love this book! I noticed after doing some of the exercises I started getting visions of things. I mean REALLY clear visions, too! Review: i am all for what ted does,but contacting with spirits is not right. like another person who reviewed this said that the bible says not to contact with dead spirits. you can not tell if its your dead uncle or some demon inpersonating him.
