Summary: Pathway to Wholeness
Review: This book is AWESOME!! It is a wonderful book for single women in general. It focuses on the single woman who is preparing herself for marriage. But, more than anything, it teaches the single woman to become completely whole in who she is. The best thing about the book is that it is practical. It is not some superspiritual book that negates the fact that a woman's desire for a mate is realistic and that it was what I really liked about it. I don't think Debby and Jackie left a stone unturned in this book. This book dealt with every thing from Faith to Purity. It is truly dynamic. It is so real. It even addressed the issue of not taking the "mental journey" when you as a single woman meet a potential candidate for marriage. It also contains a good blend of testimonies of how the Lord blessed other single women as they put the principles in the book to work. This was great and I can't wait for the next book written by these two authors.

Review: This book is so convicting. These woman KNOW how women think and operate..christian women are no exception. We all long to find "Mr. Right"..this book stresses that GOD is the only one who can really fulfill ALL our needs. Lady in Waiting is really about becoming a more self confident Princess of the King and WAITING on HIS choice mate for our lives. Like Adam..we should be asleep until he picks our mate. No more Manipulation...no more going to church to "Find a man"..if you are SINGLE you Should read this...I promise you..IT WILL change your life. Charlene Garrett

Review: This book truly encourages women to fall in love with the lover of their souls, Jesus Christ, first and foremost. It helps you identify where you are struggling and leaves you with a feeling of contentment in Christ, with or without a boyfriend. It is one book I will be reading again!

Summary: Absolutely the most applicable book I've ever read!
Review: This book was so perfect for me, because like so many of us females, I get impatient. The focus of this book is not on us, but on Christ and who he wants us to become. Lady in Waiting was very well written because it uses real-life examples and biblically-based principles to bring your life more in line with Jesus. Once you read this book, you will want to read it again. It is a wonderful reminder that if we let God bring our desires in line with His, we will be happy to wait for His best for our lives. I HIGHLY recommend this book for every woman who ever lived, it is AWESOME!

Summary: Finally - A Better Plan than Cosmo!
Review: This book was such a relief to read. How many times have you looked at the articles in Cosmo - "how to hunt down a man and trap him." Anyone who has tried that methodology knows that it just doesn't work. It leads to heartache and pain. Men like to do the hunting!This book offers a refreshing alternative to the mixed up dating scene. It reveals to women where their true power lies - in their femininity and in God's love for them. The book does an excellent job of outlining a "plan of attack" for women who want a God centered marriage. More importantly, it provides a path for women to follow to find completeness and happiness in their lives, with or without a man. Stop buying Cosmo and buy this book instead!

Review: This is an excellent book for single women to read and refer to again and again! Mothers, have your daughters read it as early as 13. The book gives real-life examples of situations that so many single women find themselves in. If the single woman takes heed to the advice given by the authors, she can save herself from a world of heartache! I also recommend this book for bible studies and open discussions.

Summary: Such a Blessing!
Review: When I read this book and began to apply the lessons, God completly blessed my life and drawn me closer to Him. Although this book challenges you to push your character beyond levels of comfort and areas where you think it is impossible for you to grow, at that point God just comes in and gives you the strength and ability and you come to a new understanding of what it means to be lifted up in strength flying on the wings of eagles.
