Review: Be warned that I don't think this bible is NASB-95 so it is the older edition, different to other NASB bibles you may have. This older NASB used "Thee" and "Thou" and other archaic language. Which is fine if that is what you want and are used to.

Review: I have certainly enjoyed this book, especially the footnotes by Zodhiates on the 'outer darkness' but I am looking for a copy of the 1986 publication 'Third Printing' in the KJV, the only one I have seen was bought in a used book store and has some of the pages missing, can you help?

Summary: THE BEST STUDY BIBLE
Review: I have owned mine for almost 10 years and it has been the best Bible I have ever owned. With the dictionary and lexicons in the back, I am always prepared to look up words to find their meaning in the original text without carting a library! These are condensed, but offer the "key" words needed for understanding. Full versions of the OT and NT are available separately.

Review: I like this Bible because of the Hebrew & Greek Dictionaries in the back. However, the commentary/study notes are prejudiced by the editor's religious beliefs and are not useful. For example, the editor takes about four pages to convice the reader that I Peter 3:21 does not mean what it clearly says. He also says, and I paraphrase, if God had meant "that" he would have said it this way........." It is a dangerous thing to presume to speak for God.

With Key Word Bible I learned more that I expected. Yes, I learned a lot.

If you want to discover many of the treasures that are hidden behind english, hebrew and greek words, take my advice, this bible will enlight you for many many years to come.

In a christian publishers world will very free bibles with strong numbers, AMD adequate filled the gap.

Summary: The Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible
Review: Overall I am disappointed with this version(New American Standard) and this Bible.I received a good deal on the cost by buying it used but it does not get used much.I enjoy digging into the Hebrew and Greek to discern a fuller meaning but got distracted when I would read because of the way it is set up.Other words that I wanted to look up were not listed.Therefore I had to go back to my old faithful(Strongs Concordance)inorder to dig out definitions and meanings of words that are missing in English simply because the Bible was either origionally written in Hebrew or Greek.My Pastor kept metioning the New American Standard translation but when I got it it just was not me,so it is sitting collecting dust.I prefer the NIV or Jerusalem translations better.The Hebrew-Greek Key Study Bible is nothing to be thrilled about infact I would avoid it unless you want to throw your money away.Thanks For trying Brian Pruett.

Review: There is an error in the listing of Amazon. The Key Word Bible they listed is 1998. In reality, what you would get are the old ones that even christian stores no longer carry. You will get a leather bound bible that looks like from the 1960s. The paper has a yellowish colour due probably due to it's age. Again be WARNED: This is not the bible that Amazon.com listed. You will not get the Updated NASB 1998. Instead you will receive the NASB bible that uses "thee, thy, thou".

Review: This Bible is great! The in text references and numbering are superb. This Bible has the perfect amount included in it, it's not totally definative, it doesn't have everything but the concise dictionaries and lexical aids have enough that you can have a good meaningful Bible study without having to pull out a strongs concordance or some other reference material. I think it's the perfect balance of reference material to size. A+
