Summary: An excellent book that everyone should read!
Review: Josh presents an excellent, balanced, perspective that applies to all male/female relationships. While the primary audience for this book is teens and young adults, the book should be read by people of all ages including parents, youth workers, and anyone who cares about Generation X. The truths are timeless and the perspective is applicable to any male/female interaction or friendship. The reader should keep an open mind and put aside preconceived notions from past experience, television, etc. The book is based on truths that could change your life.

Summary: I recommend to all who want God to be FIRST in their lives
Review: I highly recommend this book to any man or woman who is seeking and desiring to become Christ-like and who wants to put God first in all of their relationships. In particular, in their relationship with the opposite sex. This book was an answer to my prayers. I have read this subject from a woman's perspective(in "Quest for Love" by Elisabeth Elliot), and now from a man's perspective. I believe that God is pleased with this book. God deserves ALL the Glory for inspiring and encouraging Joshua to write this book. May all be richly blessed by our Lord Jesus. God Bless all of you. <><

Summary: I'm speechless
Review: Actually out of 5 stars I'd give it a 10. (I know you're probably thinking why should I listen to this person? She doesn't even know her math.) It's a very good book. It doesn't say dating is bad, and yes, it does point out the things that are wrong in dating. It's all so true, though. It has helped me get my mind off of guys and hand that area of my life (as all areas should be) over to God. I usually have a hard time reading non-fiction books, but this one is soooo good. It really has changed my life. (No matter how cheesy that sounds.) Of course, if you don't want to be challenged, you don't want to change how you're living, and are completely unwilling to give this aspect of your life over to the Lord, you prob'ly won't get anything out of it.

Summary: I don't like it.
Review: I don't think It even deserves one Star but that is the minimum it will allow me to go. THe way it is to me, he says that teengers shouldn't have relationships. That's not true. Teenagers need those relationships for their future. THey learn to find the one God has for them now when they need to learn it. It will save them the pain and agony of being confused later. Don't think that I don't belive in God ruling in a relationship, I just don't belive the way Mr. Harris does. My grilfriend and I read it together and found it to be a load of crock that niether of use agreed with entirly. Every once in a great while he would make a good piont but that's it. Thank you.Ash

Summary: Outstanding for any single person/any age
Review: Joshua Harris doesn't miss a thing. There are so many people out there who need to hear this message that he brings. If your wanting answers to what dating is really all about and how it hurts this is the book for you. Don't be left wearing your heart on your sleeve anymore. Dating is not the answer to fulfilment. I also recommend any book writen by C.J. Mahaney of the P.D.I. Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland. (where Joshua attends)

Review: This book is awesome! I never realized there was someone else out there who felt the same way did. And now that I know, I feel like I have nothing to worry about when it comes to dating.It's all in God's hands and under His blood. Summary: A must-read!
Review: Joshua Harris has done an excellent job on portraying what young people need to hear! Trusting God for relationships, is the best way to go. I've been able to lend this book out to some of the youth at my church, and they have enjoyed it too!

Summary: The best book I have ever read
Review: I would have never ever in my life read a book like this before last summer. I was at a Christian summer camp for girls and my counselor used sections from this book as the devotions at night. I loved the stories in the book. I borrowed it and read it whenver I had time. At the end of the summer I wasn't done with the book and the person whos book it was lived really far away so when I got home I rused out and looked everywhere to find the book. After a VERY long search I finally found the book and finished it. This is a book that you can read over and over and not get sick of it. A true 'must have' for all book lovers.

Review: The book doesn't pressure you not to date it just expails good, well thought out reasons why the young man who wrote the book doesn't date. Yet the book also talks about how we should be treated and how to treat are boy/girl friend. Everyone sould read this book show how respectful people can be. It's made me think alot about my relationship.

Summary: Truth that is never told, yet I always believed it
Review: This is a book everyone realy should read before the age of 12. If I could, I would give it to all my friends, to help them from hurting others and getting hurt in relationships. VERY BIBLICAL AND THEREFORE RIGHT.
