I spent two years intensively studying it in conjunction with my Bible. It is the most complete and correct biblical guide I have ever found. If you are serious and diligently apply the principles as taught, it will change your life. Signs and wonders will follow.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: I was wrong in my previous review. Review: I recommended this work earlier (A reader from Everett, WA)I have been forced to reconsider my opinions on this work and on the Dake Annotated Reference Bible as well. Dake is the godfather of modern day Pentecostal-Latter Rain-Toronto Vineyard Teachings, and cannot be recommended except as a reference to Bleeding Edge Pentecostal errors. I retract my recommendation and apologize for leading astray. For more information on these works try a search engine with Dake and Heresy.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Excellent Bible Based Information Review: I used this book for l7 years in a teaching ministry. Many students of the Bible learned Bible truths through the techings of Bro. Dake.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Rev. Finis Dake prefigured Bono & U2 Review: IF you understand the typological interpretation of scripture exemplified by Finis Dake you will see how he prefigured the arrival of Bono/U2. Pretty amazing stuff!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A Timeless Study Guide, your second book next to the Bible Review: Often a book that is more than 50 years old reads just that way, a 50 year old book with 50 year old ideas. From the First page of this 52 lesson guide it reads as if it were written only yesterday. F.J. Dake has captured the timeless nature of the Bible and God's Plan for Man in his writting. This is one of the rare books that speaks to all ages of bible students and has crossed the generations that only God's word could do. This book should be next to your Bible if you want to study and learn the Bible, and 50 years from now you will still want to read these lessons
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Excellent! Review: Originally a weekly correspondance Bible study course, GPFM is the best, most balanced theological work of the 20th century. Whether it be history, holiness, Christ, God, Man, satan, the end times, or whatever, there is no subject in Scripture that cannot be understood as literally as it is written is the claim Dake makes, and he backs it with plenty of Scripture. At one point, he gives (I believe) 500 Scriptures supporting the Trinity. This is a fine choice for serious students of Scripture who wish to be well grounded in the Word. If there were 6 stars, I would give 6.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Sane, practical and uplifting. Review: Probably the best single volume reference work in my extensive library. The author's compelling comments and depth of research bring the clear truth of scripture to vibrant life. A "must have" book for all believers in Christ.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A great lesson in logical exposition of the Bible Review: This book is valuable as a study aid simply because Rev. Dake takes a great deal of time explaining each concept and gives the scriptural references and in many cases the Bible verses. If one follows along with Bible in hand as you progress through the book, and ponder each concept, forming your own opinion, then you will gain a great deal of understanding regarding such subjects as the inspiration and inerrancy of the Bible, the Deity of Jesus Christ, the Resurrection, the purpose of the Church, and final destiny. I don't necessarily agree with everything Dake said here, but he was very astute and scholarly, and brings up many finer points of the Bible I had never noticed before.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A must read for all Christians who want to know the truth. Review: This book takes the mystery out of the learning the Bible and explains the simple truths of the Bible in a plain and easy way to understand God's message. This non-denominational view of the Bible is refreshing as well as honest. I thoroughly enjoyed the book by this anointed man of God; I am sure you will to.
Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: Excellent study content Review: This is a Great source of reference for anyone who enjoys studying, teaching, and ministering the Word of God. Mr. Dake leaves no stone unturned, but looks at all aspects of a topic and using an abundance of scripture to validate his position. Keep in mind this is basically a theogolical commentary. But with plenty of scriptural truth for support. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the layout, it is a little cluttered and the text is really small. But again I would like to stress this is a very, very good piece of work.
