Summary: The Penny Dropped
Review: In 1968 I received this book as a bonus from the Farm Family Book Club. I started to read it in the evening and read until I was finished at 4:00 a.m. The next day I said, "If Brother Andrew can trust God for 365 days a year, I can trust Him for one day, no matter how foolish it makes me look." I did, and I did look foolish. But I found out that He is faithful. My life has never been the same.

Summary: A truly great book --a testament to God's faithfulness
Review: My favorite biographies are autobiographies, or at least semi- autobiographies (co-written by an author and the actual person who the story is about). John Sherrill has helped write many compelling books, such as The Cross and the Switchblade. He and Brother Andrew have put together a missionary masterpiece in God's Smuggler.I have read this book twice. It has all the elements of an exciting read - action, drama, humor, romance, suspense... and it's a true story! I highly recommend this to everyone.

Review: Not only is this an enthralling, suspenseful story but it also inspires and uplifts. I have read it many times and always enjoy picking it up and reading it again. Brother Andrew's organization is still at work around the world, and this book continues to assist in that work by inspiring others to take it up in their own way.

Summary: A definate MUST read!
Review: Other than the Bible, this book has had the biggest influence in my life. I strongly recommend that everyone read this book. It is a shining example of how God is concerned for our well being and how he works miracles in our lives. It is very well written. Do yourself a favor, get this book. You'll want to buy two so you have one to share with your friends.

Summary: Fascinating & Life Changing
Review: This book (and the audio version makes it seem even more real) is the story of a man who turned his life over to God, and the world changing results that can come from such a commitment, a man who committed himself to bringing Bibles to places where they weren't available. It is very interesting, and it is hard to read without developing a larger faith in God. Time after time, Brother Andrew relates experiences where God's power was so evident in his life and work. Brother Andrew wasn't a god-centered child, though his parents provided a good home. He came to God after being through a fairly drastic time of rebellion. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't be inspired by such a book.

Review: This book can change your life and how you see God. Brother Andrew gave his life totally to God, and God remained faithful to him. you cannot read this book and come away with the same view on God. I read this book, and could not put it down. Sure to strengthen your Christian experience. As thrilling as any spy novel. Not one to be missed by any christian. What one person can do when they give themselves totally to God. If you thought the result would be a dull life, you're dead wrong! Read the book!
IF YOU LIKED THIS, I HAVE ANOTHER TO RECCOMEND. It's called "A Thousand Shall Fall" But you must be sure to get the right one. The full title is "A thousand shall Fall: The electrifying story of a soldier and his family that dared to practice their faith in Hitler's Germany." Written by Suzy Hazel Mundy. It's as much of a page turner as this book and will also change your life. Happy reading!
