Rating: Summary: I liked it. It kept me reading for hours Review: This is the second best book I have read Steven King's "IT" was just a little better. This was more interesting and i kept reading it longer, Because you can't read "IT" in the dark. I liked Left Behind a lot though. It was a very good point of view of how the world would end. And I liked how they kept going from Rayford Steele's life to Buck Williams life. and I got a good grade on my oral book report too. I would definately recomend it to any teen boy or girl. I also liked how there was more than just the disappearances going on at once, Like the ten men meeting and changing to a one world wide currency. This was written by Woodrow Bartlett.
Rating: Summary: Where's the next one! Review: Excellent writing (okay, the very, very end is a little trite)! I read this through in less than a week, and I have a full time job, two kids, a husband and a house begging to be cleaned. That's a recent record for any book. I understand there are two others in the series. I want them!!!
Rating: Summary: One of the best books I have ever read. Review: This is one of the best books I have ever read. It is so real that it will make you stop and think about your life and are you really ready for the end of time and the returning of Christ. The people in the book are very interesting and you can't skip any part because you won't understand later on what is happening. I have also read the second of this series and can't wait for the third one to come out. Put this book on your must read list because you won't want to miss it.
Rating: Summary: You won't be disappointed!!!!! Review: This is a fast, thought-provoking read. If you're a Christian, it will send chills down your spine because you can imagine it to happen just this way. If you're a non-believer, or just sitting on the fence, it will really make you think and hopefully check out what the Bible has to say about the end times, after all, it really IS unfolding right before our eyes. Of course, some people have less scales over their eyes than others. :)) I was surprised to see the sequel, Tribulation Force, I definately need to pick that one up, and didn't know of the third, thanks guys!!
Rating: Summary: lLife altering reading !!!!! Review: This was the most life altering book I have ever read! Once you have read this book, you will want to have everyone you care anything about to read this book. The story line although fictional, follows the close teachings of the bible in relation to Revelations. For someone like me that was raised a Catholic, I was never exposed to the full teachings of the bible, and I found the reading to be most inspirational and opened my every thought to want to read more and more of the bible. Thankyou to the authors!!!
Rating: Summary: A can't put down read! Review: Don't read this book if your short on time! I read it in two days. The format is as good as any main stream thriller. Mr. Lahaye used his extensive knowledge of the bible and Mr. Jenkins his story telling skills to provide a biblicaly accurate non fiction account of the last days on earth. If you've had a oh I've got all the time in the world attitude towards God. this book will make you stand up and take notice
Rating: Summary: This book had me making time to finish it. Review: From my perspective of one who has been fascinated by prophesy for most of my life, this book easily transitions from the ancient texts of the Bible to modern societal possibilities. All the parts fit together nicely. It probably will never be mandatory reading for any educational facility financed by tax dollars. What are we afraid of
Rating: Summary: Wow! Review: I could not put this book down and did not want it to end. A great story with engaging characters and wonderful dialogue. The authors have taken the relatively complicated and obscure subject of Biblical prophecy and created world that the reader easily pictures himself/herself in
Rating: Summary: Great book - makes you think! Review: Wonder what the last days or years of man on earth might be like? This book is a great rendition of how things might be from a Christian viewpoint, based on Biblical prophecy! For those who know anything about what the Bible says about the end times, these authors make the biblical prophecies come alive in the context of today's world. For those who don't know or understand much from the Bible, this book is sure to provoke deeper thought and questions. However, even if you don't care about any of that - this is a great read on its own merits! My only complaint is that it ended too soon - now I'm anxious for the sequel to arrive on my doorstep! Don't miss it
Rating: Summary: DEEPLY MOVING BOOK THAT MUST BE READ BY ALL. Review: I HAVE YET TO READ A BOOK THAT MADE ME FEEL SO AWARE OF CHRIST. I JUST FINSHED TRIBULATION FORCE AND IT ACTULLY HAD ME READING WITH TEARS RUNNING DOWN MY FACE. THESE TWO BOOKS ARE WONDERFUL, AND I AM PASSING THEM TO ALL I CAN GET TO READ THEM. I TELL THEM ONCE YOU START YOU WILL NOT STOP TILL THE END. MY TWO TEEN-AGE DAUGHTERS READ THEM AT MY PERSISTENCE AND THEY LOVED THE STORY AND THE ALL IMPORTANT MESSAGE THAT THEY CARRY. CHRIST IS KNOCKING AND WE MUST BE READY TO ANSWER THE DOOR. THANK YOU FOR THESE BOOKS, THEY DEEPLY TOUCHED ME. GOD BLESS, DEBBIE RAMIREZ P.S/ ANYTHING NEW TO LOOK FORWARD TOO
