Summary: Powerful and Thrilling
Review: I just finished reading this book and I am starting on the second. This series was recommended to me by a very godly man at my church before his death. As sort of a "tribute" to him, I read it, not really expecting much out of it, but was I surprised! It is the best book about the rapture I have read. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Riveting, inspirational, thought provoking
Review: This book brings into focus how the book of Revelations fits modern times. This is a truly riveting novel of a very possible scenario of the 'end times'. This books forces you to question not only religious, but also political beliefs.

Summary: Challenging
Review: This is a gripping story with fictional characters based on the events of the last days as set out in the bible.

Causes the reader to want to know more about what the bible says is going to happen and challenges the reader to share the message of the gospel to as many as possible.

This book is an absolute must read for everyone and will change the way you look at life.

Summary: Please Read This Series!!!
Review: I was told about this book from one of my mom's friends and later began reading it at my cousin's house. I couldn't put it down! Unfortunately we were three states away from home so when we left I made my parents stop at a bookstore so I could finish it. I've never read anything that hit so close to home and triggered an urgency in my heart to bring more people to Christ.Although there is hope after the rapture, God doesn't want ANYONE to go through the tribulation though so very many will. I love how these books put the symbolism of Revelation into a perfectly modern situation proving the fact that there could be no tomorrow. I encourage people of all ages to read this series. It will definitely open your eyes to what's going on in the world around you and leave you broken hearted for the lost. Thank You Tim and Jerry, Thank You so much!

Summary: Painfully Captivating
Review: Being a baby in the world of Christianity, raised Catholic, I was never taught the importance of knowing the lord our God. Left Behind, just grabs at your heart. There is no way that you want to be left when the lord comes to take his saints away. I would advise everyone to read this book. I'm ready to start book two. Jesus is Lord. :-) .

Summary: A must read for anyone interested in the last days!
Review: I thouroughly enjoyed this book! Every time I picked it up, I had a hard time putting it down. The detail is so enthralling and captivating. It literally will scare the "hell" out of anyone. The last days are here, and this book shows what we're up against if we are left behind. I thank God that He gave me the opportunity to be at home with Him rather than facing the Tribulation.

Summary: The most fascinating fiction/non-fiction book I've ever read
Review: My mother read this book and its two sequals and told me that I had to read them. I reluctantly agreed and decided I would read the first chapter. Well, I didn't read JUST the first chapter but I had the entire book read in less than one day. I couldn't put it down. This book and its sequels have made Revelations make sense. I have read Revelations a number of times but have never understood the end times until this series. I don't know if I can wait until next summer for the next one. I would recommend this book to everyone. Not just Christians but all people. It really brings to life the end times. I promise, once you start these books, you'll never put them down until the end. Thank you Jerry Jenkins and Tim LaHaye.

Summary: Thought-provoking, fascinating book for anyone!
Review: Recommended by a co-worker, I shied away from it at first because of the religious topic. I COULD NOT put it down, and am on the 4th book of the series. This book will change your outlook on your personal life, your beliefs, beliefs of your loved ones, and will create an acute awareness of how our present world may be headed this way. It may startle you, but it is an intriguing book, "moving fiction" is how it's catagorized, and it is. Read the first book, Left Behind, and you won't be able to wait to read the following books...It's for everyone...it's a fabulous story, based on happenings as related in the Bible. Learn how not to be "Left Behind".

Summary: DEEPENED MY FAITH EVEN MORE
Review: My mother, father and sister and I have read all four of the first four installments in less than two weeks. Each of us read each book in less than 2 days. Now that we have all finished with Soul Harvest, we can't wait for the next book. As a Christian, I never thought to question when the Rapture would take place. I found there are different views from different authorities on Bible prophecy that the Rapture may occur Pre-Tribulation (as these books suggest). Others believe that the Rapture will occur sometime midway through the tribulation, but before the Wrath of the Lamb. And there are those that believe that all Christians will be taken Post-Tribulation at the Second Coming of Christ to the Earth. Whatever the timing, I believe that Christ will return to take His own. Heed the warnings of these books, though!! Be ready now. There will be tribulation saints and it warms my heart to see the characters in this continuing story try and succeed in reaching unbeli! evers for Christ. If the Rapture is to Pre-Tribulational, as I'm sure both Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins have studied Bible prophecy deligently and concluded to be true with the most utmost conviction, then would it not be best NOW to accept Christ has your Savior and Lord. Believe me, I know the decision is hard. I was 19 before I was saved, but was 36 before I truly began living my life for Christ. Even if the Rapture does not occur in our lifetime for those that are reading this review, life with Christ is a freedom that I did not know before. If you are reading these books and you are unsure, pick up your Bible and read it daily. If you have ONLY one hour for church each week attend a Bible Study (Sunday School). Not only will you have more in-depth studies into God's Word, but you will meet Christians on a personal basis who will love to fellowship with you and help you in your walk with Jesus. As you can tell by following along with the lives of the tribulation sai! nts, the life of a Christian is not dull or boring, nor are! we "fuddy-duddies".

Unless the Rapture comes first, my family and I are anxiously awaiting the next installment of the Left Behind series. IN THE MEAN TIME, BE READY AND KEEP LOOKING UP!!! P.S. My son has also read Left Behind - The Vanishings (for kids) and loved it too.
