Rating: Summary: Great book to read even if you disagree Review: Left Behind is one of the greatest books I've ever read! It is a great story and I have enjoyed the Left Behind series greatly. I am a Catholic and so I don't agree with the authors' views of the end times (even though I used to- I'm a fundamentalist convert to the Catholic Church) but it is still a great story to read, regardless of your religious views. If nothing else, it gets people to think about knowing Jesus Christ. I can't wait till the next book comes out.
Rating: Summary: An AWESOME, uplifting bookto make you think twice Review: This book is absolutely wonderful. I have spread the word of this book to others and one of them has read 3 books so far and cant wait to get the next book. I read this book in 5 days and really could not put it down at ALL. All i have to say is I DO NOT want to be those left behind. I really dont understand where the negative remarks are coming from but I DEFINITELY DO NOT AGREE with them I feel this is a book that may scare people and show them the reality that God is Good and what MAY happen if you dont have him in your heart and life daily. Once again keep up the good work I think you are doing a good job ini portraying the book of revelations!!!!!THANKS
Rating: Summary: Best Books Ever Read Review: I read the first three books in a week. I saved the last book for the few days before the release of Apollyon. Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins really captured my interest by combining sci-fi with christianity. Excellent writing!
Rating: Summary: One of the most insightful books I've ever read! Review: If you are sitting on the fence about just how strong your faith in God is, get this book and really read and listen to it's message. I was given the book because I suffer from panic attacks. WHAT YOU SAY? Well the person who gave it to me asked, "What is your biggest fear of a panic attack?" I told her, "I'm afraid to die." She then told me that if my faith were where it should be, I may not anticipate death, but I would not be afraid. After reading the first four books in the series, I can honestly say that I have a been doing alot of soul searching about my own true faith. This book, as well as it's predecessors, are worth every second that it takes to read them!!
Rating: Summary: SUPER STORY-MAKES YOU THINK Review: I read this book two years ago and still remember the details. I read it in one sitting and loved it. I am always on the lookout for the next book in the set.
Rating: Summary: Awesome Review: This is truly the best book I have ever read. Having recieved Left Behind, Tribulation Force and Nicolae for my birthday, I was introduced to this wonderful series. I look forward to reading Soul Harvest and await the next book in the series.
Rating: Summary: Changed my life! Review: This book and the other 3 available titles in this series changed the course of mu life. When I read them it scared me about what they talked about but then I realized that I needed to be with God when this time came because I don't want to be left behind.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Book Review: This book is a very thought provokeing book. It makes you think about your standing in the eyes of God. It has changed me to the point that I've become a born again Christian.
Rating: Summary: Nice story, but very short in the fact dept. Review: LaHay and Jenkins are getting good reviews not by the literary community, but rather the senselessly devout Christian community who represent the overwhelming majority of their audience: They are preaching to the choir. Their story is long on imagination, faith and occult and very short on fact, authenticity and legitimacy. I gave it two stars because I liked the style and added zero more for substance.
Rating: Summary: First book I have read cover-to cover in years Review: This book holds a slow readers attention. I just could not put it down. Made me want to read and study Revelations.
