Summary: You may need to call off work to read this book!!!
Review: I was unable to put this book down for long, even at work. I found it to be true to Christian apocalyptic prophecy while not getting bogged down in the symbolism that characterizes most New Testament prophecy. My only regret was that a few aspects of the story ( the city of New Babylon & Carpathia's rapid rise in power) stretched my belief a little too far even for a subject such as this. Regardless, I cannot wait to read the other books.

Summary: Left behind is an eye opening experience.
Review: The sense of urgency that this novel leaves you with is unexplainable. I would recommend this book to every non-believer and every believer that is walking on the edge. The storyline is so captivating that you feel a since of urgency for each individual character. Last behind is one a novel that will not disappont the avid reader.

Summary: I true work of ministry and insight!!! Thought provoking.
Review: I would recommend this book along with the bible to open ones heart and mind to the Rapture. It is not a book to fear and avoid, but one of hope and renewal. I look forward to reading the next in the series.

Summary: A rapid page turner!
Review: If you were ever confused about your faith, you won't be after reading this book. It is so well written and based on biblical fact. It's hard to put it down. A great way to witness the word of God that is so needed in today's society.

Summary: Fun Book to read!
Review: Tim & Jerry did a solid job on this book in my opinion. It has stayed pretty close to Biblical prophesy. It kept you interested and yet you know how they felt being left behind. But one thing it lacks is the description of the day to day activities required to survive during that period. I'm wondering how did they eat who cooked? Where did they buy gas? Even so I loved each one of the series.

Summary: To the readers who didn't like this book
Review: I am one of the millions of readers who had a great time reading this book. It has changed my life. If you think that this book is too "thin," (ahem. . .FT Worth Reader) you have got to rethink what you have thought up in the first place. Anyone who doen't like this book (or any of Lahaye and Jenkins' books) is not thinking clearly of what the meaning really is. Think about it please.

Summary: One of the books I'll remember forever
Review: LaHaye and Jenkins have put together a spell-binding novel. The story development was exceptional. I can't wait to continue the saga.

Summary: What a silly book...
Review: I am sorry I wasted my time with it...I should have "left it behind." If the characters and plot line became any thinner the book would disappear!

Summary: You won't be able to put it down!
Review: I don't normally read a lot of books, especially fiction, but a friend gave me this book to read and once I started I couldn't put it down. I read it in 5 days. Not having read a lot of books, I'm an amateur at reviews so you'll have to excuse me. I liked the way the authors skipped back and forth between the two main characters - it made it more interesting to read that way. It was suspenseful, which is why I couldn't put it down, you kept wanting to see what was going to happen next. Most of all, it had a realism about the Rapture that I never thought about. It can truly change people's lives! I will definitely buy the other four books that go along with this one. That's why I got into Amazon.com to find out the other titles. This is a definite read for everyone!
