Rating: Summary: Good projection of biblical prophecies Review: Depending on one's belief system, this book and the rest of the series can have various effects. Most reviewers seem to have read the book with the basic assumption behind the plot more than just an assumption but something they believed in, which is fine and well. For a non-religious type of series like this, check out R. Doherty's AREA 51 series, which also mixes legend, fact and assumptions in a different direction.
Rating: Summary: The best I've read in years! Review: This book brings forth the reality in the Book of Revelations. It's dynamic and will force anyone who reads it to question where they will spend eternity.
Rating: Summary: The only book that has ever made me evaluate my life. Review: My mother gave this book to me as a gift. I didn't expect it to affect me the way that it has. As soon as I got through the first few pages, when the disappearances began, I immediately questioned what my life would be like without the people I loved in it so suddenly and in that way. It scared me and made me want to read as much more as I could. I'm starting book #3(Nicholae)now, and I can't wait to read the rest. I will recommend this book and the rest to as many people as I can. They are absolutely wonderful books with an important purpose. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to read them.
Rating: Summary: Left Behind surpasses them all. Review: Left Behind was an excellent choice to read and you should read it too. This was a book that I couldn't put down and I can't wait to read Tribulation Force.
Rating: Summary: The Ultimate in Reading Review: This book was the most fascinating book I ever read. I could not put in down let alone think about it through out the day. I feel the authors, though this book is considered ficton, really get their point across of the end times. Only time will tell just how accurate they are. I have finished reading all their books and can't wait until the next one is published. I have told alot of people about these books, they are by far the best!
Rating: Summary: If you liked this . . . Review: While I found much to like in this series (and I've read them all so far), anyone who thinks this book is provocative should test their nerve on the most awesome "end-time" book of them all--Glenn Kleier's "The Last Day." You can't read it without coming away with a most profound feeling that you've just been in the presence of a true divinity and a divine revelation. An extraordinarly impressive story.
Rating: Summary: Powerful, Truthful and for Christians: Merciful Review: As a Christian, it answered a lot of questions for me like would I be here for the seven years of tribulation if Jesus came back today. Thank You Lord for enabling these men to present Your Plan in such an Awesome Manner. I do believe Christ is coming Sooner than Later and that This Generation has had their eyes and ears opened so much more than generations past. I have a long list of loved ones, I plan to give this book to. Christmas will be easy. Everybody will get the same thing so they hopefully will not be "Left Behind."
Rating: Summary: Fiction on the bookshelf // But TRUTH in the Heart / read it Review: The setting of an airline pilot , hi profile reporter , and many works oriented unbelievers make this story amazingly truthful even in fiction form . THE real truth is that it's not fiction . Can you imagine the baby you've carried for 8 1/2 months disappearing from your womb // can you imagine saying goodnite to your husband or wife & just seeing some empty pajamas in the morning // there's much more // Every Believer should read this book and feel the burden to ask your un-believing friends to read it too .... It may change your life & have eternal consequences // Love // ron // Las vegas
Rating: Summary: Riveting! The most compelling book I have ever read! Review: Reading "Left Behind" has given me a desire to tell others of Christ now, before it is too late. We can no longer afford to be silent as Christians. Time is so short! The book all too accurately describes what life on earth will be like after we are gone. Things that were important in my life before are no longer as important. I see world news in a new light and I am more attuned to "end times" events. Just today I read an article about the Interfaith Alliance summit. It was all talk about the various world religions coming together and being at peace with one another. Precursor to the one-world-religion?! And there is so much devastation and world chaos. One cannot help but know that time is short.
Rating: Summary: A very scary and intense book that will make you think. Review: Left Behind makes you think about where you're going to spend your eternity. It is very intense and provocative. The storyline is very realistic and mindboggling. Definitely a great book and a fast read!
