Summary: Inspiring testimony
Review: The earlier reviewer said it best--only The Triumph and the Glory can rival the Left Behind books for intensity, quality of theme, depth of quality, and proclamation of the ultimate truths.

Summary: FANTASTIC READING!!!!
Review: I've just finished reading both Left Behind and Tribulation Force, and all I can say is that if you don't know where you're going when you die, reading these books will make you want to make a decision about how you want to spend eternity. This series is not just for Christians - in fact, I learned about them from a co-worker who is an avid reader. After you've read Left Behind you'll want to start reading Tribulation Force. Now I'm getting ready to read the third book, Nicolae. Exciting, inspiring, and thought- provoking reading for anyone and everyone.

Summary: Excellent Interptretation of the Days To Come
Review: This book is amazing, once you pick it up it is very hard to put down, even if you don't like to read, chances are you will like this book. And don't stop with this book, the others are even better.

Summary: My analysis after three books in the set
Review: I know a good many people enjoy these Lahaye/Jenkins novelsbecause they are very biblically oriented, and that's all well andgood, I don't knock it. But as literature goes, to be honest, these books are NOT very well written. The characters are thin, artificial, the writing forced and simplistic. A far deeper and more compelling Apocalyptic novel is Glenn Kleier's THE LAST DAY. Although NOT biblically accurate in many apsects, the story is hugely suspenseful and the spiritual nature far deeper than any of the three books of this series I've read so far, APOLLYON, TRIBULATION and LEFT BEHIND. Because of this, I found THE LAST DAY considerably more fulfilling, spiritually, and certainly more thrilling from a literary perspective. If your interest is a superior story, and less the scriptural application, THE LAST DAY is a more rewarding read.

Summary: A book that will open your eyes, and heart to God.
Review: I have always wanted to know more about the Rapture. So on the advice of several trusted indivuduals, I picked up a copy of Left Behind. WOW! This is one heavy book. It was one of the most well-written books I have ever had the pleasure to read. It not only quotes scripture, but references it so that readers can go to the Bible later and see it for themselves. It reads like any other mystery, but with a more profound message at it's heart. I recommend it to the most devout Christian down to the newest seeker. It will answer just as many questions as it will pose in your mind and heart. I just started the second book in the series yesterday, and am already one third through it. I plan to read them all and so should you!

Summary: TWO GREAT BOOKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: A friend recommended two books for me to read. 'Left Behind' by Tim LaHaye, and 'The Fist of God' by A.T. Nicholas. Both novels were great! The rapture theme was spellbinding and fascinating in Left Behind. The opening chapter was cool. 'The Fist of God' was a phenomenal 'good vs evil' plot. I would highly recommend both of this books. Thank you, Amazon for getting them to me so quickly.

Summary: COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN
Review: Left Behind is a wonderful series that chronicles the last days. I purchased Left Behind at a book store in early June. By the time I was half way through the book, I had already purchased the other four. This series was so inspiring, that I began to read my Bible every evening after I put down Left Behind. Although I wouldn't call them "Great Literature", these books ARE great witnessing devices. Even if you don't agree with all of the theories, they will definitely make you think. I ordered the sixth one today.

Summary: Left Behind opened my eyes to being "Left Behind".
Review: I purchased this book simply for entertainment value. It looked like a good book. It was not too long into Left Behind that I realized that I was being educated - not in the manner that I was acccustomed to in sermon form, but in a manner that I was more receptive to. The information was presented in an entertaining but understandable format. I have also read Tribulation Force and I am waiting (impatiently) to get Nicolae from the library. I am thankful for the awakening that I have experienced from reading these books. I onlyhope that I can be ready.LaHaye and Jenkins - thank you for leading me in a better direction.

Summary: Suspenseful
Review: I think "The Triumph and the Glory" is more eloquent testimony to the grace of God, but "Left Behind" moves along with such breakneck speed and explores such a fascinating topic that it is irresistable.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Amazing
Review: Wonderful first book for an excelent trilogy. You have to read the next one.
