Review: Patricia Rae Wolff is one of my favorite children's authors! Cackle Cook is a kid-pleaser with its gross-out recipe for Monster Stew. Children will find it easy to follow along--it's The Little Red Hen for monsters. An added bonus: kids can work on their ABCs along the way. Fabulous illustrations.

Poor Igor hates shopping for the illusive monster stew recipes - as much as his owner loves to cook it - in this zany and fun story.
