Summary: Loving words and beautiful illustrations
Review: My 16 month-old loves looking at the illustrations in this book. Each page has a soothing color scheme and images that match the words for the page. Although each page has only a few words, the sentences cover feelings such as happiness, loneliness, and joy in a touching way. I find that there are just enough words for me to read the whole page as my daughter turns the page. She seems to understand the sense of caring the book conveys. I also find that the we can "talk" about the pictures in a way that allows me to make the most of the illustrations and the text. Best of all, the book ends with the child in the story going to sleep!!!

Summary: Our Bedtime Favorite
Review: This book was a wonderful find for my son's first birthday. It quickly became our favorite last book before bedtime. He now points out things he knows like the sun, the rabbit amd the baby. And the "I feel loved" pages are a great excuse for an extra hug and kiss on the top of a sleepy little head.

Summary: A Blessing of a Book!
Review: This series of books is so adorable! The artwork not only entertains my son, but I love to read it to him!

Flavia's unique art is soft, but vibrant & the simple words touch deeply... They are dreamy...

This was the first one I found for my baby, and now i am always looking for more. (I don't think it will matter once he is "too big" for board books or child's books, as I love these.)

I buy serveral copies at a time so I always have a "perfect" gift for expecting Moms & Dads as well as gifts for children.
