Review: It is obvious from the Horn Book review that he or she never bothered to read the book, opting to look at the pictures and read the captions. For the most part Horn Book reviewers were known for their nastiness, exampled in their review of Laughter Ring. To the contrary, I found this book exhilerating, supporting my belief that dolphins do have conscious thought. The story weaves itself well, recapping the 1st book in the trilogy and moving the story forward from the perspective of the dolphins themselves with a delightful sense of mystery and adventure. Despite the insipid Horn Book review, Laughter Ring is a book well-worth reading!
