Rating: Summary: Longjohns, snow, fun and hot chocolate Review: As with all Kit Allen's toddler books, this is an endearing "story" that works on word/picture association. My son loves this story because it's something he can read to himself. And he's just begun to figure out how to get dressed by reading this one. Which is a parent's dream. He's since stopped putting on shoes before the pants! An all around fun story with great illustrations.
Rating: Summary: snuggle up!! Review: Longjohns is a great book for babies and toddlers. It has one word per page describing the picture. The little boy in the story gets dressed for winter weather. Then he goes out and has some winter fun. He does things like playing in the snow and ice skating. after the winter fun, he comes in and has some hot chocolate before going to bed.

Rating: Summary: Short on words, but long on warm fuzzies! Review: This delightfully illustrated board book has become a favorite at our house. The simple pictures are appealing to small children, while tugging at the heartstrings of their parents. Each page has only one word ("skate", "slip", "sip", "sleep"), making it so the child can connect the concept with the picture easily. It begs to be read over and over, watching the little guy go through his winter day again. This one's a keeper!
