Review: Betty Pace should be the foremost author in children's health books. She takes a subject like inner ear problems and makes it not only enjoyable, but interesting to read! I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a son or daughter who may need any type of medical treatement, or to anyone who wants to see how to explain something on the level of a child. I'll be looking forward to seeing more books from this author in the near future!

It is done in a way to make children anticipate the experience with joy, not fear. I would highly recommend this book for anyone with a child about to face hospitalization for ear tubes.

Review: This is a perfect book to help ease the mind of a child that might be frightened of ear tube surgery. Just have mom or dad or both curl up in a comfortable chair with the child that is about to have ear tube surgery, get the book and read together. This should remove a lot of fear a small child might have.
