Review: Easy to read and for small kids to comprehend when it is read to them. My 2 and 3 year olds love it. It is easy to read because it takes such a simple perspective on things like a child, not because it is dumbified so it only uses easy words. Gives children something that is easy to read and a classic. It has wonderful wit and charm. Adults as well as children can relate to the Golly sisters. I would put it up with wonderful books like Dr. Suess and Sandra Boynton.

Review: My children love these books. We have "The Golly Sisters go West" and "Hooray for the Golly Sisters!". They're a treat for little ones and a pleasure for parents to read. I would recommend any books in this series. The stories are interesting and funny on many levels.
