Review: This is a well-written, appropriately paced collection of beginning reader books. The author introduces words in an order that is easy for the emerging reader to handle without getting frustrated. There is a lot of repition and the author puts easier pages following challenging pages to help motivate the new reader. My five year-old loves this collection and thinks that the characters are interesting.
