Summary: This slave book was the best one we read.
Review: I liked this book because I like Indians. They are friendly. This book was exciting because Pa got bit by a snake. Another thing I liked was how they almost died. They faced Indians who were friendly, but Ginny's family thought they were mean. Pa faced a rattler that poisoned him. They also had little water in the desert. They were trying to get to freedom. All of these incidents made the book interesting.
