Review: Hoof Beat is one of the Saddle Club series, and is also one of my favorite. It is about three girls, Stevie Lake, Carole Hanson, Lisa Atwood who love horses. In this book, Stevie's friend, Trudy, who knows nothing about horses, comes and stay with Stevie. Meanwhile, Lisa is also writing an issue for the Willow Creek Gazette, and gets into a lot of trouble by her friends and other people who also rides horses at a place where they learn and ride horses in Willow Creek. Will Lisa make friends again? Read this book and you'll find out all about it!

Review: I think it could have been better.1)Carole was too hard on Stevie for playing a GAME 2)Lisa is much too smart to let something like friendship slip through her fingers.In this book, they make straight-A Lisa sound stupid! I really think this book could have been better.

Summary: I think it could have been much better!
Review: The reason I beleive that is because, Lisa was being a total disappiontment! I mean who in their right mind, would let their friends down like that?!? She was totally blocking out the fact that they were really hurt about her column!!! And I also think Carole could've been a little easier on Stevie about the little game thing she played withSampson! I say this because I've trained all of my own horses, and sometimes they'll mind better if you take a minute or two to play aroud with them! Then again Stevie did play around too much. Also I think it was a real treat with Trudy in the story, I especially liked the little Topside inncident!!!
