Drawing Trucks and Diggers, A Book of 10 Stencils

Summary: My son loves this book!
Review: My son got this book for Christmas last year when he was 5 yrs old and still likes to draw from it. This is a great stencil book for boys that love trucks and construction equipment, encourages those fine motor skills. I only wish that I could find more similar to this to add to his collection.

Summary: Even keeps my highly spirited child occupied
Review: My son, who loves trucks of all kinds, received this book as a gift. Because he is only 3 1/2 years old and can't keep still for a minute, I didn't think this book would keep his attention for very long. I was wrong. He loves this book. I worked with him on doing the stenciling for awhile, and then he just started doing it on his own. There are some trucks with parts that are quite intricate and even tricky for an adult to stencil, but that doesn't matter. When he saw the parts he stecilled, he was very excited about what he accomplished. Coloring in the finished products are fun too. There are ten stencils in all and each stencil page describes in quick detail the various parts of the equipment. When you turn the stencil page, it overlaps the real picture of the truck and is followed by a brief description of it. I think as my son gets older, he'll even enjoy it more. This book is quite a unique gift for a boy, or girl for that matter. I highly recommend it.
