Summary: A must read with your children
Review: Fluffy and the Firefighters is a charming book of Fluffy the guinea pig who wakes up at school during a visit from the local firemen. When Fluffy first sees the firemen, he is scared, but this book takes you along Fluffy's journey where he learns who firemen are, what they do and it teaches your child not to be afraid of a fireman when he has all of his equipment on. This is a delightful story that is very informative and could help save your child's life in the event of a fire. This book prompted us to have a fire drill in our house as well as have discussion on what to do if a fireman comes in to save you; that even though he may look scary with his mask and firesuit on, this equipment protects the fireman so that he can help you. Our child learned alot from Fluffy and the Firefighters and he loves reading it by himself as well. I'm buying one for a friend who is a fireman with a small child so that she can see in a humorous way that Daddy is not really so scary, but a hero. Great read!!
