Review: I am a Kindergarten teacher and finding books that can really grab the kids' attention can be a chore. My students were immediately entranced by the experience of this book...not only do the illustrations pop out at them, but the text is predictable enough so that they can join in with the reading immediately. Kent Salisbury's series of Pop into Phonics books (with There's a Dragon in My Wagon being my favorite) are a huge hit with my students. They want to hear the book over and over again and simply can't wait to see what book he will write next!
