Review: This book is wonderful. It is organized and complete! As a teacher it is so easy to prepare for class. We love the darling poems and the kids eagerly await to recite them each day in class. On Friday we record them reading the poem onto a tape. It is a hoot! The kids are familiar with the schedule (that Janiel referred to at the beginning of her book) and have learned so much with word scrambles and word families. It is a must for 1st or 2nd grade classroom. It is 20 minutes a day that makes a huge difference. Thanks Janiel!!
