Summary: One children will remember for a lifetime!
Review: Come Over to My House, by Theo Lesieg, (otherwise known as Dr Seuss), written in his typical style was a fun interesting and rhyming read. A small boy visits friends around the world. "Come over to my house" they say and share foods, homes and customs from their own lands. Eat spaggetti in Venice, slide down a pineneedle slope in Canada and sleep on the floor with a wooden pillow in Japan.

This book was a favorite of mine as a child and I wanted to share it with my own daughter. I was excited to discover that it's being republished in 1988 (old copies are hard to find). I look forward to adding it to our own library!

Summary: A Valuable Find!!
Review: Come over to my house, come over and play! I thought I was the only one who claims this as a favorite book! A wonderful introduction to other places in the world, in the marvelous Dr. Suess style. Perfect for any beginner reader.

Summary: I literally bawled when I located this book at Amazon.com!
Review: I've been searching for this book since the birth of my first child. It was my all time favorite book. My mother read it to me night and day. Upon my learning to read, I remember taking this book to bed with me during nap time and reading it over and over again. I never grew tired of seeing how children in other countries lived. This book went every where I went. I'm estatic this book has been reprinted and I can share it with my children.

Summary: Excellent Book, My Son's favorite.
Review: This book is amazing. I found it at a thrift store for .25 and put it away for the birth of my first child. I am an American living overseas, so for my son to see all the different cultures familiar and unfamiliar, it great. He is 18 months old and just wants to look at the pictures and hear me read it over and over and over again. I never tire of reading it either.
