Review: I received this book in 1965 when I was 5yrs old. It is a sweet and loving journey of discovering personal space and boundaries... I have always treasured it and am so glad to have found a forum where I can express my love for this book.Thank you

Summary: a book to cherish
Review: When we moved and had to get rid of hundreds of books, this is one of the books I kept. I have read it to my children and to my grandchildren, all of whom adore it. When my 14 year old grandaughter visited recently she pulled it from the shelf and re-read it, saying "I love this book!" It's warm, cozy, accepting, imaginative, enchanting. It prompted them to make houses of their own, either separately or together, which they played in endlessly.
