Summary: A Wonderful Reading Textbook
Review: My son and I completed this book in homeschooling. He loved the stories so much that he put it by his bed to read every night after we had completed the textbook in class. It contains a great mix of stories including realistic fiction, fantasy, informational articles, poems, and reading study topics. It includes classic selections such as Arthur's Honey Bear by Lillian Hoban as well as authors I had never heard of before. This is a great investment toward getting your child involved in reading. We used this text for second grade.
