Review: My son's favorite holiday if Halloween and he loves to draw. He is always trying to get me to draw him pictures. Before we got the book I could hardly draw a stick figure, now my 4yr old son and I can draw great pictures. We have already enjoyed hours of fun with this book.

Summary: Excerpts from the Big Orange Book
Review: OK, I'm a big fan of Emberly, as should be apparent to anyone who's read any of my other reviews, but the salient detail about this book was left out of the other reviews: It consists entirely and only of excerpts from the Big Orange books. You don't really need this if you have the Orange book.

Perhaps worse is that it's not even =all= the Halloween material from the Big Orange book, so even if you wanted to get it because your kids were fighting over who got to use the orange book, this may not help. It contains none of the monsters from the green or purple books, and despite the color of the cover, there are no red pictures. Just orange.

This might be a good book to introduce someone to Emberly's work, though around Halloween, being cheap.
