Summary: EVERYTHING changes!
Review: Baby-sitters Friends Forever is a great series! New things are happening with every single one of the baby-sitters (the author brought the members of the club down to the original four people), and problems that they experience are getting to be more teenage, not just problems with baby-sitting charges. Here's what's happening with ther fantastic four:

Kristy: is worrying big time about what is going to happen with the Baby-sitters Club as they get older and afraid that she and all her friends will drift apart in high school.

Mary Anne: is getting over the fire a little, and thinking about being her own person, not just the person her dad or Logan want her to be. She starts to think that Logan is smothering her.

Claudia: is on a trip to a "deserted" island with her family, and gets back to the simple life and finds that she likes it a lot.

Stacey: is having difficulties with her father- he doesn't like Ethan and thinks that Stacey is seeing too much of him, and he is thinking about moving in with his girlfriend who he has been seeing for a long time. Stacey doesn't like the idea of that.

This is a great book, and seems to focus on the situations that teenagers face when they start to head out of middle school and start to head into high school. A wonderful, realistic book.

Summary: Wow..........that's all I can say is WOW!!!!!
Review: I loved this book! It was so much more realistic then the Baby-sitters' Club! There were four different teens so there are four different stories!

Mary Anne is still coming to terms that her house and all her things burned down.

Stacey has to struggle with the fact that her father suddenily dissoproves of her older boyfriend, plus the fact that her father and his girlfriend's relationship has become VERY serious.

I like these books because instead of saying "This is sooooo boring!" you say "Yeah I can relate to that!"

I'm happy that this isn't just about the BSC! You'll deafnitely see all different kinds of plots in this new series.

This is the stuff teens can relate to! Everything Changes! Thanks Ann!

Summary: This book
Review: I used to LOVE the other BSC books so I figured, okay she's just going to give it a TINY makeover, new covers and a little bit more maturity. I never exspected her to drop over half the club, change their personalities so drastically, and introduce such immoral things. How can you be friends forever if they are all dropping out of the club? And why all the sudden does she have to bring extremely immoral ideas into the situation. I was a little upset about 13 year olds seriously dating in the old ones(I thought that was a little do mature for 9-12 year olds), but now she has stepped beyond the girls having boyfriends, Stacey's father is now considering having a live in girlfriend. Why is it that everything has to change so much? The old books were just wonderful, why did they have to change? I'm very disappointed and sorry I invested my money in this one and the one to follow!

Summary: A Wonderful Start to a Wonderful Series
Review: I'm a die-hard Baby-sitters Club fan, and this is must read. It's important because it's the beginning of the end of the Baby-sitters Club.

In this one four of the remaining members of the club leave, which brings the level down to the original four members. Kristy and Abby go as CITs to camp, Claudia and her family go to an island, Stacey goes to Manhattan, where she has problems with her dad and his girlfriend, and Mary Anne stays in Stoneybrook with her family, and she tries to cope with the fire and Logan who is treating her like she can't take care of herself.

This is a wonderful, and very realistic book that chronicles what happens to four very different teenage girls. A great book, by a great author!

Summary: Refreshing change for BSC
Review: I've been reading the BSc series for years, and I think that this is a great way to change the series and (hopefully) update it a little. Over time, the books seemed to become too focused on baby-sitting, and the club members didn't seem to do that much outside of that. Now we'll be able to see how they deal with kids their own age and older a little more. And not like in CD, where EVERYTHING turns into a crisis! The only thing I'm really sad about is losing all the other members of the club, expecially Abby and Jessi. We've been reading about them for years, and now to have them just abruptly leave the club is a little to unfair to readers who care about these characters. I hope that we might get a new series about Jessi's ballet school, or that Abby might rejoin in a limited basis later. I also felt like we should have had Jessi and Abby write in this book too, so we could have a better idea of their POV on these big changes in their lives. Can't wait to see what's coming up for everyone in the club. Keep up the good work, Ann Martin!

Summary: a complete shame
Review: What if you were a typical thirteen year old girl, trying to live a typical life in Stoneybrook, CT? What if you and your friends had a babysitting business? What if you were happy and content, living the life you know, going through various misadventures that are always resolved quickly? But what if then... everything changes?

Summary: Okay, but not the best
Review: When I started reading this book, I thought it was going to be really different and better then the old babysitters club. It was quite good, but I think the new series will be better then this super edition. I thought so many members leaving all at once was a bit sudden- some of them should have left earlier. I also found it confusing since it was all written in letters and diary enteries. I think the series is changing for the better, but this book isn't the best of the new series
