Summary: My Bug Lover's Favorite
Review: My 8-year-old grandson got this book from the library and thinks it is just wonderful. He brought it over and made a big point of showing me all of the pictures of spiders (his favorites, not mine). The book is clearly written and informative, has good descriptions and excellent drawings at much more than life size. For the childhood insect lover, this seems to be a fine educational investment. It's special enough to him that I'm ordering it for his birthday in clear expectation of making some major "grandma" points. I would recommend it for any child his age with similar tastes.
