Rating: Summary: Wonder Review: This is one of my favorite Thoroughbred books ever. Everyone who ever doubted will see that she is a champion in this book. Wonder wins the Belmont and Breeders Cup Classic in a breeze. Ashleigh Wonder's favorite person rode her in the Breeders Cup Classic at the age of 15! The youngest ever I'm sure. Wonder proves to the world that she is a champion and that she is the best horse out there. This is the best book about Wonder ever written. Can't wait to see what her foals do.
Rating: Summary: This Book Was The Best! Review: Ashleigh is so exicted Wonder is training well then strange is happening Wonder starts acting up. Ashleigh and to old trainer Charlie don`t know what is making Wonder so upset untill Jilly Wonder`s jockey is hurt.Wonder won`t let anyone but Jilly and Ashleigh on her back.Mr.Townsend is looking for a new jockey for Wonder they try Jilly`s boy friend but no luck they alos try his friend but no luck.Charlie talks to Mr.Townsend and says that Ashliegh would be the only one who could ride Wonder. Ashleigh passed her test and lost, she was riding for Mr.Maddock,Next is the Breeders Cup.Can Ashleigh and Wonder win this race?
Rating: Summary: Hands down the best in the series! Review: I began reading the Thoroughbred series at the age of 12. I'm now 21 and stopped reading them when they started to make the transition from Cindy being the main character to Christina. The books simply became too formulaic and unrealistic (and I never did like Cindy anyway - sorry). But to this day, when I think of the Thoroughbred series this is the book I think of. Ashleigh and Wonder were the core and the heart of everything (to say nothing of the fact that they were the reason the series exists today) and this book was the culmination of their hard work and struggle. When I turned the last page and finished, I couldn't help but feel that if the series were to end there, I could let it go feeling satisfied that all was right with the world. So if you only read 4 books in the Thoroughbred series, make it the first 4 and laugh and cry along with Ashleigh, Charlie, Wonder, and family.

Rating: Summary: The best! Review: I loved Wonder's Victory! Personally it is my favorite Thoroughbred book. Even though Wonder wins the Kentucky Derby in Wonder's First Race, I just like this one better. It is so good, especially since Joanna Campbell wrote it (though the next generation books are getting better, book by book). And also since this is the last book totally about Wonder and Ashleigh (#5 is only mostly about Ashleigh, then #6 is about Samantha). This book was wonderful!
Rating: Summary: The Culmination of a Dream. How the series SHOULD end! Review: This book follows Ashleigh and Wonder as they make their way to the Breeder's Cup Classic. Beyond the fact that this world is well written and engrossing, probably the best part of this book is reading about Ashleigh and Mike's growing relationship. We finally see our self-consicous, horse crazy, fashion despising Ash fall for Mike. It's really great to see this side of Ash; the side that isn't always in control and doesn't always know what to do. I also found the "mystery" surrounding Wonder's freakish behavior before races to be really interesting. The conclusion of this book is just, well, wonderful...
This book is the perfect example of how you close a story and give the reader a sense of closure and satisfaction. It ends perfectly. After reading these great, old generation TB books, I'm even more saddened at the fact that the publisher, Harper Collins is planning on terminating the series abruptly after book #72. Please HELP SAVE THOROUGHBRED! Go to www.whitebrookfarm.com to find out more. I would hope that Harper will listen to the faithful readers of this series and give us the closure that we deserve. Don't end TB like this! We found out how it ended for Ash and Wonder, let us find out about Mel, Chris, Allie, and Sammy's twins too! Please SAVE TB!
Rating: Summary: Oh,It is great! Review: This book is so great,I have reread it at least 10 times....no kidding! It's really cool that Ashleigh goes from Kentucky Derby groom to Breeder's Cup Classic jockey![Yeah,I know, it's not likely in real life, but still cool!]Though this talks about the Prekness and Belmont, the Kentucky Derby is in # 3.This book is awesome and I highly recamend it!
Rating: Summary: GO ASH CHARLIE WONDER & JILLY Review: This book was great. You might have to read number's one to three to understand some of it, but it's great, I'm so Glad Mr. Townsend gave half ownership of Wonder to Ashleigh, That's what was the greatest part of all! If you are interested in a determined girl saving a beautiful filly, ... then your in for a treat.
