Rating: Summary: Fun for both Mom and Child Review: I was first attracted to this book by the wonderful illustrations. But the thing that keeps both me and my 2 1/2 year old son wanting to read this book is the fun story that's appealing and childlike without being boring or cloying. Super cute and fun book to read aloud together.
Rating: Summary: Big Hit with 3.5 year old Review: My 3 1/2 year old son loves this book right now. I finish it and we start over again, again and again. Simple story but very appealing to a preschooler - check out Bing gets Dressed too. It's a Bing Thing!
Rating: Summary: Bing's the best! Review: The Bing Bunny books appeal to both my 4-year-old and my 1-year-old. They're simple in format and style but manage to ably relay the oh-so-important-for-kids message that it's okay to make mistakes. "Paint Day" is held together by the repeated refrain of, "Don't spill the water, Bing!" Of course, he does eventually spill that water, but it's okay - it's a Bing thing. In "Bing Gets Dressed", Bing labors to get himself all dressed and then wets his pants. It's a sweet and accepting message for little kids who do make mistakes and need to hear that these things happen. We all love Bing - one read and you just can't help it.
Rating: Summary: Don't Spill the Water, Bing! Review: We bought BING: PAINT DAY for our 20 month old son to help him learn his colors. This book is fun, colorful, and perfect for a busy toddler's attention span. Bing and his friend Flop are painting with all sorts of colors. They have an apron, a paint brush, and a bowl of water to clean the brush with. Our son laughs out loud when we say, "Don't spill the water, Bing!" Of course, Bing does spill the water, but that's OK - it's a Bing thing.
