Rating: Summary: This book is too old for 16 month old Ayla Review: Ayla has little interest in this book for some reason so I rated it with 3 stars. However, later on I'm sure she will love it as it is beautifully illustrated with many bedtime items to touch and feel. She just loves lifting the flaps books, I'm afraid.

Rating: Summary: Touch and Feel Bedtime Review: I bought this for my daughter when she was 10 months old and she LOVED it! At first she wasn't sure what to do, other than opening each page, but by taking her hand and rubbing each item, she quickly caught on. Also, it's a nice thick board book, which made it perfect for her little hands to hold on to.
Rating: Summary: Short sentences, fun textures... Review: The Touch and Feel Bedtime storybook has entertaining textures on five pages. On the opposite page, there is one sentence telling the child to feel the texture. All the pages are durable and have beautiful clear photographs of children getting ready to go to bed. The first page has a fuzzy fleecy bathrobe material securely glued into the book page. The second fabric is orange and has a rubbery tread. This is inserted into a picture of a slipper. A funny frog flannel mitt shows how children wash their faces before they go to bed. For the all important toothbrush routine, a clear orange toothbrush handle is found with a sentence that says: "Feel the bumpy toothbrush handle." On the last page a child is sleeping under a blue comforter cover material. A cute texture book for very young children. Teaches the feel of textures and their descriptive words: fleecy, rubbery, soft, bumpy, cushy.
